The house was an absolute disaster, people would think that a house of four women would be spotless and always smell so nice. That's not always the truth and for this group definitely now was not a great time. All tucked away in their rooms throwing items of clothing into their suitcases like wild it looked as if they were leaving the country. Okay they were but not for that reason.
RSK Gaming was a pretty average popular YouTube creator group and twitch channel being made by the members Rebecca Castil, Samantha Lowe, and Katlin Anderson who were all managed by their close friend Alana Revees. This group has known each other since 2017 when the youngest two Samantha and Katlin were going into high school. And by the time Covid started they had already begun posting some content that looked alright for their first videos. From then on it was content planning, filming, editing, publish all while they were in school full time and holding half assed jobs.
Never would they think in the years after they had started the channel and then spread out to create their owns and they all be living together in a house they almost own, and two be packing for a trip to Melbourne Australia!
So much time and effort has been put into this, of course they would have loved to pay for it all on their own but a very close friend of theirs had them covered. Jschlatt the owner of GamerSupps had allowed them to come up with a signature limited edition summer blend. Their flavor was a creamy sweet yet slightly tart mix named Bubble Gum Martini! This drink followed all protocols for a typical GamerSupps mix but it was a little more special for how it was infused with edible glitter to really give it that croquette style glow. Like the company had done for so many others they were going to be flown out with expenses paid for in advance to go around Melbourne to do promo videos and photo shoots for this drink. It was such an honor to them being selected out of hundreds or even thousands of things that could have been chosen, may have been a little better too with Katlin being the writer who worked with him during the dsmp days. This crew of ladies worked day and night packing and making sure that they had every single piece of documentation ready for this flight and two week vacation time. Separately they have been on so many vacations and flights but this was their first overseas flight to a country and it was going to be a long and tedious journey. By midnight their bags were all being stuffed into a friend of their's mini van and they all climbed in saying goodbye to their modest house and hello to the airport lounge. The wait time after all the time in TSA and sorting out documents was still a good hour maybe three for them, but with this they were running on adrenaline and the delicious taste of their own GamerSupps flavor to keep them energized for the flight or however long it would take for them to all get too drowsy and fall asleep.
2:30 am couldn't come quick enough, all sat by one another in first class seats with complementary drinks and blankets they all were ready for this incredible flight. The foods were good for an airline and the movie selection was also alright, there wasn't much to do on the plane except for watching the scenery or try to spy on the class behind them. For nearly 22 hours they were on the plane going for an extended flight that long could make someone crazy. But for the group it just made them so tired. In the Australian airport they could barely keep their heads up from the time differences and rolling in at around two in the morning American time. Despite all of the troubles and lack of sleep a close friend was able to pack them all in an suv with their luggage and drive them another hour or so to the rental property.
