Then It Hit Me

Barty doesn't know why Regulus does this or really when it started but it freaks him out...well it did at first and still does sometimes but it's turned into a nightly ritual that he sleeps through half the time.
He used to wish that Regulus would've acknowledged that he did what he did instead of getting looked at like he was crazy from their friends.

Let's go back to the night it started.
Barty was fast asleep in his bed, blanket strewn oddly over him, feet dangling off either side of the bed. Unbeknownst to him a figure stood there, watching, plotting. SLAP! Barty jolts awake after being hit in the face by a mysterious object, before he could fully register what's happening he keeps getting pelted by an object that while hard is also slightly soft. As more and more of the object piles, Barty manages to find his wand and cast a quick lumos and looks to the figure to see...Regulus?

"Regu-?'' The mysterious object once again gets thrown and hits him straight in the face, Barty looks to see what the object is to see bananas. Why would Regulus throw bananas at him? Is this even Regulus?

Barty attempts to get up and confront Regulus but gets hit in the eye by a banana and looks up to see Regulus had vanished.
The next day Barty had tried to talk to Regulus about the events that had occurred but was denied and made out to be as if he was hallucinating.
Barty attempted to tell their friends but who would believe that Regulus would do such a thing.

Cut to last night.
Entwined, Barty and Evan lay together in Bartys bed. Earlier that evening, they had so caught up with one another that they didn't notice a black cat trailing after them analyzing them with its sharp grey eyes.

It was the middle of the night when Regulus decided to strike, he waited for them to fall asleep, waiting for the perfect time to strike. Now, now is the time. Silently Regulus transforms back into a wizard and stalks towards Bartys four poster bed. Drawing his wand he flicks open the curtains and waits a moment for any sign of any of the two stirring and when they don't he pulls his arm back and launches a banana at the two.

Shrieking, Evan bolts upright, waking Barty along with him. Evan curses and yells, scrambling to find his wand as something keeps hitting him and Barty laughs his ass off trying to splutter out a sentence. Casting lumos, Evan sees Regulus.

"Oh merlins pants you were right Barty!'' Evan exclaims shocked but then he looks down "Are these fucking bananas!"

Present day.
Pandora and Dorcas laugh at Evan for saying the Regulus Arcuturus Black would do anything of the sort.

"It's clear you been spending a lot of time with Barty, brother," Pandora says through repressed laughs.

And thats when it hits him, they'll never believe him nor will anybody.
