4. The Rivalry

As usual, the university was filled with laughters and talking of students. Aanya and Mahi was talking to each other. Today, Ishaan was alone as Arnav hasn't come yet.

Professor came and everyone wishes him "Good morning". The lecture was going well but suddenly someone came and interrupted the lecture.

"May I Come in sir?"
The voice helds everyone attention towards the door of class.

"Arnav! You are late today. What happened? Is Every thing ok with you?" asked professor.

Everyone was shocked seeing Arnav as he was late for the first time. Mahi looked at Aanya in curiosity that why was he late today but they both have no answer to it.

"I am sorry Sir. This won't happen again"said Arnav.

"Come in and sit at your place"said professor and started the lecture again.

Arnav went to Ishaan and sat next to him. Ishaan was in confusion but he was happy that at least he don't have to stay alone all the day.

The lecture end and in break time........,

"Bro! Why were you late today?"asked Ishaan.

"I was busy thinking about someone all night. That's why I wakes up late today and this happens" said Arnav.

"Hmm.. Hmm.. Who is that someone?"
Ishaan was asking in teasing way but Arnav was looking damn serious about that thing. And Arnav finally told everything to him as he can't hide it for more.

"Ohh! But why you are caring about Aanya so much?"asked Ishaan.

"I am not caring about her. I just think that She is a very clever girl. She has two different personality. She is so mysterious and I want clear that mystery"Arnav tries to change his feelings.

"Bro, You are just creating fake stories in your mind".

"Ishaan! You are not understanding. ok!ok! Tell me why she has two different personality? What could be the reason for this?"

"Chill Bro! We will find everything later. Let's for now eat your food".

"You are not listening to me you should see that from your eyes. Then, you will understand".

"What Can I do in that? I was in my family function. Anyways please Arnav forget that and eat your food".
At last Arnav listened to Ishaan and stop stressing about her mystery.

Meanwhile, Aanya and Mahi.....

"How was you trip?"asked Aanya.

"It was so boring. I just hate trips without friends"said Mahi.
Aanya giggled at her. They both finished their food and went for a walk in ground.

"Aanya! What you think about Arnav?"

"Why I would think about him?"

"Ummm.... He was late today for the first time. Don't you feel surprised?"said Mahi.

"No, because I don't care about him. And it could that he was just late because of traffic. Why we are thinking of that?"said Aanya.

"Ok! Ok! Don't be angry on me. And Let's go and play badminton".
Aanya agreed at Mahi's Idea And They both went to play badminton.
