RUHANIKA'S POV

how did he get to know about that proposal .....?

is he stalking me...?

r may be spying me...?

but wasnt he the one who said he is least intrested in me ...

then why these things again.....

is he acting like he is not intrested in me
which means is he really intrested in me
does he likes me...?
i blushed at my thoughts that he is intrested me

crazy...

my chain of thoughts were broke when an attendent called me

"mam all are waiting for u in meeting hall"

coming back to reality and understanding the seriousness of the situation i said

okay i'll be there saying this i strolled to the meeting hall taking the main seat

" may i know the reason why did i got summoned this urgently to this branch"

though i have vague knowledge about the problem and crisis i still wanted a detailed information about how depth the problem is

AUTHOR'S POV

Anamika, present assistant of ruhanika switched on the projector
displaying the the news that are scrolling as the media is already picking up on the story

senior director of the hospital branch cleared his throat and started explaing

"mam..,the hospital's state-of-the-art medical equipment had malfunctioned, resulting in several patients being misdiagnosed and receiving the wrong treatment"

ruhanika was bit horrified , she thought it was not so serious one but when she heard that patients are getting wrong treatment she couldnt stop overthinking

She knew that this would not only have a devastating impact on the patients but also tarnish the hospital's reputation.

all the members in the conference room were not terrified on how the chairwoman ruhanika will respond to this news
she dont take any ounce of risk against patients health
the tension in the room was palpable

The hospital's director,started speaking again "Ruhanika mam, we are facing a serious crisis. Our patients have been affected, and there is extensive media coverage . We need to take immediate action to rectify this situation," he said, looking at Ruhanika with concern filled in his voice and eyes.....

Ruhanika nodded, understanding the gravity of the situation. She turned to the head of the equipment department ,anger evident in her voice and eyes... questioned ,

"What could have caused the malfunction in the equipment? Was there a lack of maintenance or negligence on someone's part? where were workers when equipments are malfunctioning"

The head of the equipment department looked down, unable to meet Ruhanika's eyes.

"I'm afraid we have been understaffed for the past few months, mass hiring was done and the new technicians we hired were not properly trained to handle the equipment. It was a mistake on our part, and we take full responsibility for it,"

he admitted, shame evident in his voice.

ruhanika banging the table "who was the person incharge for hiring staff...?"

And u [pointing to the head] better take responsibility

i need all the resignation letters of each and every person who are directly and indirectly involved in this problem
