Esther shot up from her bed with a gasp. She placed her hand on her heart as she started to calm down her breathing.
It was just a nightmare, the same nightmare but it still had her waking up terrified every time.
After her breathing finally calmed down she looked at her calendar and smiled. It was finally the day she would become a genin. One step closer to her goal.
She swung her legs off the bed and placed her feet on the cold floor. She went towards the closet and wondered what she should wear today. She smiled as she found the outfit her mom bought for her a few week ago.

She took it out and placed it on her bed. She then went into her drawers to get a few more necessities. After she got them she took her towel and went to the bathroom to wash up.
Around 20-30 minutes later
Esther rushed down the stairs as she tied her Hitai-ate to her head. She went to the kitchen to quickly eat her breakfast. She saw her breakfast on the kitchen counter and she quickly went to it. She sat down on a stool and took of the plate cover that was keeping her food warm. She quickly dug in to her breakfast consisting of rice, miso soup and grilled fish. After she finished she quickly went and washed the dishes and when she was done ran towards the academy.

Academy
Esther quickly ran into the room pushing open the door. Everyone stopped what they were doing and stared at her for a second and then returned to what they were doing. Esther flushed as she looked around the room.
"Esther" someone yelled. Hearing her name Esther looked around to see who was calling her. Her eyes went across the room as they stopped at a duo consisting of blonde and pink hair. Esther smiled a little as she walked over to them.
Ino and Sakura has been Esther's best friends forever. They met when they were six and Sakura was getting bullied. Ino had scared of Sakura's bullies while Esther was doing her best to patch up her wounds. From that day the trio became best friends and still are to this day even though Sakura and Ino are now rivals.
Esther sat in between Ino and Sakura as she slouched in her seat and placed her head on her desk. Sakura then asked,"What genin teams do you guys think we will be on?" Ino shrugged and said,"I do not know about everyone else but I do know that I will be with Shikamaru and Choji." Sakura nodded as it did make sense. Esther stopped slouching and sat up and said,"I know you have to be with Shikamaru and Choji because of the Ino-Shika-Cho stuff but I wish that the three of us could be on a team together. "
After hearing that Sakura and Ino looked at eachother nodded and quickly enveloped Esther in a big hug. Esther flushed as she groaned pretending to hate it.
Iruka walked in and everyone quickly stopped what they were doing and focused on him.
He smiled and said,"Today you all will find out what genin teams you are on."
