𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐛𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐬 {𝐌.𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐧}

𝟭𝟲. 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿

Mia stood outside of the hospital with Meredith. She looked to Meredith as she is drinking coffee, watching workmen replacing the Seattle Grace Hospital sign with a Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital one. A doctor dressed in orange scrubs almost runs into her on his way in.

"Watch it" Meredith said as Mia turned to face Meredith and smiled

"Are you ready for this?" Mia asked

"What all the fresh residents to steal our cases, I'm far from ready. How about you?" Meredith asked as mia sighed

"Not in the slightest" Mia said as she and Meredith walked inside

"Beth is lucky that she is on bed rest" Meredith said

"Oh she is. She's still keen to get back here with us. She doesn't like resting Addison had to come and order her in bed rest not that she likes to listen even if it is to her own mother" Mia said

"Yeah like you after listened to ours" Meredith said as Mia rolled her eyes

"Can you blame me. Vile old witch she was" Mia said as Meredith smirked at her

Mia stood in the residents lounge and looked to all the new residents due to the merger. She looked as someone stood next to izzie as they went to put their stuff in George's old cubby. She knew Beth was on rest since her pregnancy was high risk and she knew that she missed having Beth around. Beth was partner in crime

"Oh, hey. You can't put that in there." Izzie said

"Oh, they told us to grab a cubby."

"Yeah, I know. It's just ... We keep it empty for a reason. Can you just take your stuff out? There are some empty ones over there you can use."

"I don't think so."

"Can you just...I said take it out!" Izzie yelled. Mia and Meredith held a look

"Great. I got the crazy one next to me. "

"Oh, you want to fight? 'Cause I will." Izzie said as Alex walks in

"Izzie. Stop...stop" Alex said as he restrained her 

"Your wife is crazy." Mia said as as Alex gave her a look

The residents gathered in Beth's hospital room as they stood glaring at the new residents in their orange scrubs

"They're locusts ... Comfortable locus, feeding on our surgeries." Beth said

"It's rude. There should be at least a couple of days where they act like guests before they put their feet up on the coffee table. And what's with the orange scrubs? What, ours aren't good enough for 'em?" Meredith asked

"We ran out. They're on back order. Randall from the supply company says there'll be here in a week. That's what you learn when you lie here all day." Cristina said

"Why bother ordering new ones? We could just give these to our replacements." Cristina said

"Wow so optimistic Yang" Mia said
