Chapter 15 - The Tonight Show

"Our last guest tonight, is one of my favorite celebrities I've ever met! She's a Emmy, Grammy, and Golden Globe award winning nominee, she's an actress and singer/songwriter. She is currently one of the most famous actresses in the world right now! She is one of my favourite regulars, she's my children's favourite actress as well. Everybody please give a hand to the wonderful, talented Brinley Styles!" introduced Jimmy Fallon. As the crowd erupted in screams, claps, everything you could imagine. As Brinley walked out from behind the curtains, smiling and waving. She hugged Jimmy, before moving to the couch ready for the interview.

"Hi everybody, Jimmy it's so lovely to see you again!" Brinley says greeting everyone and Jimmy. "It's amazing to see you! Everybody I have watched this girl grow up literally, you and your sisters even when not actually getting interviewed you've been backstage for your mom and dad's interviews" replied Jimmy, as Brinley nodded her head in agreement.

"We sure have, I think this has got to be the 16th time I've been here. 7 of those are interviews" Brinley replied, kindly crossing her legs.

"Wow! Um anyways, Jimmy we have a job to do. How is filming? I know, that Stranger Things has started filming, same with The Summer I Turned Pretty, and with all the new announcements of renewal and everything? I know Outer Banks is on pause currently I believe. How is all of that?"

"Yeah, um Stranger Things has started filming. But as a lot of people have probably noticed I've kind of been everywhere. So actually this is news to people, um I've actually already wrapped both Stranger Things and Outer Banks. Outer Banks is currently on a small pause, cause of everything that has occurred. Um but yeah, as for The Summer I Turned Pretty. I've been having an amazing time on set, so that is amazing. It's a little chaotic, I'm filming a lot of things all at once. My days are going to be packed" Brinley replies explaining a bit more into what was going on in her life. Jimmy and the crowd all listening into her words.

"Wow! And your only 15, that's crazy! Well can you tell us anything, about Ginny and Georgia or possibly some of the other shows you've been announced in?" asked Jimmy leaning more into his desk.

"Ginny and Georgia, I have been told I'm allowed to say this, um the show is going to start filming in April. Which is soon, but I won't be there till maybe June or July for my scenes. Since I am working The Summer I Turned Pretty, during April and May." she replied, getting a lot more comfortable with the lights.

"That's wow, I couldn't even do that. How are juggling all that, I mean wow that is some crazy stuff. Also before I forget, because you know I forget. Congratulations on Barbie you were phenomenal in that, as well as Thanksgiving and You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah. Those were such fun movies, how was the process and filming all of that?" Jimmy asked intrigued.

"Thank you so much, Barbie was such a dream to be apart of. But with having the parents in the industry, the siblings in the industry, and with how many people our family knows. It's actually quite nice, that I had some familiar faces around, so Ariana Greenblatt, Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling, and just working with Greta again, it's such an amazing cast and crew. It's such a beautiful story as well, it was an amazing environment. Um Thanksgiving, I didn't have a major role in that, but I love horror movies, just the things that actually go on, when making a horror movie. It's the best, genre that I've worked in. And finally, sorry I'm rambling a bit, I do that a lot if you don't know. But for You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah, that was pretty cool to be apart of. It's not everyday, you get to go to work and just be around people your age. But that was really fun, I made a lot of my friends on there."

Brinley's voice became a little shy at the end of her sentence, after she realized how much she was speaking. But Jimmy was amazingly kind about it. "I love it when you ramble, you could definitely be a public speaker of some kind. How are feeling about your schedule for 2024?"
