"Yes it's Jaejin." He spoke into the phone, trying to conceal his immense nerves. "Who's this?" asked Jaejin, trying to act as if he had been able to think about anything other than the man on the other end of the phone.
"Don't you recognise your favourite hyung?" asked Jonghyun teasingly, making Jaejin wonder if he should have just greeted the man.
"Oh hi Jonghyun!"
"Hi. We've known each other so long but i didn't have your number yet isn't that crazy?"
"Yeah.. haha." Jaejin laughed awkwardly.
"I guess I was just too nervous to ask you for it." Jonghyun added.
"Nervous? Why?"
"Because.. I like you Jaejin.. and I was kind of scared that you wouldn't feel the same way." Jonghyun confession.
Jaejin dropped his phone onto the bed. He couldn't believe this - the man he had been crushing on for months.. the man he thought wasn't interested in him.. was just too nervous to say anything... just like he was.
"I... I like you too." said Jaejin into the phone.
"YOU DO?" asked Jonghyun, obviously shocked that the younger man felt the same way.
"I was just too shy to tell you.." said Jaejin. "I had no idea you felt the same way."
"I do... are you free tommorow."
"Yes!" said Jaejin, possibly a bit too excitedly.
"Then it's a date."
