Ah.. Summer break, the greatest chunks of a student year. It is freeing if nothing else. Usually Lloyd is no different, cherishing every day with joy, but this particular day was different. His boyfriend, Zane, and he decided to introduce Lloyd's parents with Zane but there was a tiny complication. Lloyd's "evil" overlord father, Lord garmadon, have moved in with him and his mother Koko after a particular problem was solved between them (aka the movies plot) and Lloyd nor Zane knew what would happen when not only garmadon but also Koko would do after finding out their son have been dating a robot, the elemental master of ice and the white ninja at that, since all Lloyd let them know by now was that he was dating a male. But, they weren't caring for the gender of his lover that much, so the two lovers did have SOME hope.

It was around noon, minutes before the hour Zane said he would come at. Tho Garmadon didn't care for the meeting, just pretending to be excited to try being sportive, Koko was overjoyed and went far to over that top. Cookie 5 dishes, cleaning the house ceiling to the floor and even preparing a questions list to ask at Zane.

The three were sitting in the living room, waiting for the bell till they heard the ringing they were expecting. Koku and Lloyd rushed to the door while Garmadon was following behind at a more normal pace. Thank God Lloyd got to the door first, stopping his mother from opening it right away.

Lloyd:" Mom! Mom, calm down okay? I... Need to tell you first that he is... A bit weird, but is a kind person so please, talk to him before making assumptions.

Koko:" oh, Lloyd, I would never assume someone by the first impression. It will be fine, don't keep him waiting at the door!"

Garmadon:" I ain't saying that, if he is one of those twigs that bully you at school, I am throwing hands. Four of them specifically."

Lloyd:" I... Why would you think I would go that low? Anyway, no, he is a person that has been nice to me since we met. Just... Don't often him."

He took a deep breath and opened the door. Seeing Zane behind it with a few flowers in his right hand and a wide grin on his face, patiently waiting.

Zane:" Hello Lloyd!"

Lloyd:" Hey...Zane. Come on in, shoes off please."

Zane gave him the flowers and took out a sack that had 2 clean wheels in it. He clicked his outdoor ones out and plugged in indoor ones. Tho this was normal for Lloyd, Koko and garmadon were sharing with confused expressions at each other. Koko didn't expect her son to date a full on robot while what surprised Garmadon was the fact the said robot was the white ninja he didn't have so fond of memories from their travel in the woods. But hey, it wasn't the blue one, so that was a plus in his book.

Zane stepped inside the house, a louder silence filling the air with a thick tension before Lloyd broke it.

Lloyd:" emm... Mom, dad. This is my boyfriend, Zane. Zane, these are my parents, you already know them."

Zane:" Greetings miss and Mr. Garmadon!"

Zane held his hand out for a handshake at the two. They looked at each other with confusion before Koko took Zane's hand in hers.

Koko:" Hello Zane. Lloyd talked a lot about you to us... Not quite enough apparently."

She led out a awkward giggle with the most forced smile, face screaming uncertainty about what to do or say.

Garmadon:" Hey. You were the white ninja guy, right? ... I will get to the point, why are you with my son?"

Zane:" He called me to meet you two."

Garmadon:" No!- why are you dating him?"

Zane:" ... He is a nice guy."

Garmadon: "you are not gonna give me a solid answer do you?"

Koko:" Garm, I think this is good enough. If he loves Lloyd and Lloyd loves him, all is good. Welcome Zane, would you like to continue at the living room?"

Zane:" Sure!"
