"Hm.."
Lee-kyung was humming to himself while tapping his feet. He grazed his fingers over the wooden grooves on the table, when he felt the air shift around him.
"Dawon?"
Lee-kyung asked in all sincerity. The cold ghost looked at the necromancer with a frown as he saw his eyes shut.
"I know I can't see, but I can still feel your frown", Lee-kyung chuckled to himself. Truth be told, even though the one who caused him such pain was the person he hated the most, strangely enough he wasn't too worried about his eyes. His hand had been crippled anyways, so he gradually began to start worrying less about it. However, his lover didn't share the same sentiment as he grew increasingly concerned instead.
"Haa..."
The Mage massaged the temples of his head looking at the poor Necromancer. Rather than being upset at that shitty Pope-wannabe, he was more enraged at the fact that he couldn't save Lee-kyung himself. And even now, he didn't know what had happened to Lee-kyung in detail as the Necromancer hadn't told him a word.
"Lee-kyung, I'm asking this again, but why won't you tell me how you became like this in the first place?" Dawon became increasingly impatient as the days rolled by and the bigger question was on how exactly Lee-kyung was to train for future fights with Bae Jaemin or getting vengeance against Moon Isaak.
"Is it that you don't trust me?" Dawon looked at his dear Hamchi sharply.
"...Oof, nothing like that. It just brings bad memories to resurface...". Somehow, even Choi Lee-kyung seemed visibly irritated. He had been asked this question one too many times, but the real reason as to why Lee-kyung kept his mouth shut is that first, Dawon would rip Isaak to shreds, which truthfully he didn't mind, but Dawon needed to focus on resurrection before anything else. Not only this, but Lee-kyung had been with the Mage for a while now and knew how prone he was to blaming himself because of his fucking perfectionism. Knowing, he already felt bad, how could Lee-kyung break his heart even more by telling him of the horrific details?
Dawon in his frustration walked out the room with only the sound of his footsteps lingering in Lee-kyung's ears.
Clack Clack!
Lee-kyung tried to trace where the sound was coming from until he felt something drop onto his lap. Even without vision, he could recognize that adorable sound anywhere.
"Lackey!"
He hugged his skeleton warrior with love. 'Lackey really was the only sane one among these maniacs!'
Soon he felt a rubber glove go over his shut eyes. He could feel the little skeleton's sadness radiating from his tiny rib cage. Lee-kyung heaved a heavy sigh and asked, "Lackey, do you think I should Dawon what happened?"
Lackey just sat there blinking slowly but then began to nod his head. Lee-kyung placed his hand on the little skull to feel him nod and decided what to do.
He couldn't keep something as important as this from Dawon, and whether this would possiblybreak him would be another story entirely, but right now he needed to tell the Mage the truth!
He got up from his chair and...wait...aren't you blind?
Lee-kyung realized the predicament he was in as well and wondered how he would get his way out. Luckily he wasn't alone.
"Oi, you want to see that guy right?" A rough voice asked and Lee-kyung could immediately recognize it.
"Ragi?"
"Yeah, it's me. God, why do I have to be caught up in your lover's quarrel?" Ragi grumbled. Lee-kyung was both surprised and frustrated that he came in the room, but right now he needed help.
"Could you help me find him?" Lee-kyung pleaded. He didn't have much hope for the swordsman but he'd still try and ask.
"Tch" Ragi held Lee-kyung by the waist and hand and slowly led him out the door. Lee-kyung was trying to familiarize himself with the surroundings as a voice cut through his thoughts.
"Stairs, careful" Ragi gruffly said. Lee-kyung carefully felt the wood, before climbing each step. After approximately 5 minutes, Lee-kyung reached the top. Ragi guided Lee-kyung over to, what Lee-kyung assumed the end of the corridor, and knocked on the door.
"Who is it?" A calm mellow voice flowed from out of the room, which the Necromancer recognized.
"Your lover's here to see you!", Ragi shouted as if he wanted the whole world to hear it. A flustered Lee-kyung tried to run away to save his dignity, however the Swordsman kept him in place as he walked by.
Leaving, Lee-kyung swore he could hear "Damn homos..." from the other end of the corridor. Slowly, he heard the sound of a creaking door open and the first sentence that popped out of the figure standing in front of him was,
"Ham-Lee-kyung wanted to see me?"
Lee-kyung got incredibly frustrated and turned around to walk to the staircase, and again, aren't you blind?
Seo Dawon had similar thoughts and inquired where the young man was strolling off to.
"Where is Ham-Lee-kyung going?"
"Anywhere but here"
"I'll just follow you then"
Lee-kyung felt the heat rising in his face, but he really needed to talk to Dawon and tell hm what happened. Taking a few breaths, he finally muttered,
"I wanted to talk to you...about what Moon Isaak did"
"..."
"D-Dawon"
"Come in then"
Lee-kyung took the Mage's hand and walked inside the room.
