"Mmph!" Choi Lee-kyung gasped in surprised.

"Let's just see how much redder you can go, shall we?" Dawon said smirking as he let go of Lee-kyung's mouth.

Dawon then grabbed Lee-kyung by the chin, slightly tilting it upwards before cleaning Lee-kyung's little mouth dry. Dawon slowly savored each part of Lee-kyung's mouth, not leaving a corner alone. Suddenly feeling an incapability to breathe, Lee-kyung tapped Dawon on the back, but the Mage showed no signs of stopping. Instead, Seo Dawon clung on to Lee-kyung even harder, not giving him an ounce of space to let out a gasp.

The room was just filled with low grunts and gasps until finally the Mage let go.

"Haa..." Lee-kyung gave a heavy sigh, regaining his oxygen.

"Wow, Lee-kyung, you're cheeks are like two apples" Dawon teased as Lee-kyung huffed.

"You maniac! I really couldn't breathe, haa.."

The Mage let out a low chuckle and lightly pecked Lee-kyung's eye, as he slowly got up and off the bed.

"?...where are you going?" Lee-kyung slowly waved his hands around to see where Dawon ran off to. Unable to find him, Lee-kyung just sighed and replied, "Where are you?".

Panic slowly rose within the Necromancer as he couldn't tell where the other went to.

"Dawon? Where are you? This isn't funny," Lee-kyung got up and off the bed, but tripped over one of the floorboards immediately.

"Hnngh" Whining in pain, Lee-kyung called out for Dawon once more for him to no longer be found. In desperation, he tried to get up only for a sharp pain to reach his ankle. He pressed and poked at the muscle only to groan in agony.

'I might have twisted it...'

Lee-kyung started crawling on the floor in hopes of finding the Mage. "Dawon, agh, Dawon!", Lee-kyung continued to scrape against the hard wood, until tears started falling down. Then, a sudden memory hit him.

The shouts of calling the Mage's name over and over as his eyes were burnt and the lingering pains of his left hand clawing its way through the reddened skin, as Lee-kyung moved against the stone, cellar floor.

Now truly filled with fear, Lee-kyung was screaming, "Dawon, DAWON!", letting out gasps as he felt the pain surge to his eyes.

'I can't even see...fuck'

Swiftly, he heard the door swing open.

"Lee-kyung?", that familiar, low resounding voice echoed through the walls and Lee-kyung had never been more glad to hear it.

"What happened?! Are you alright?" Seo Dawon rushed next to Lee-kyung who was sprawled on the floor. Slowly, Dawon touched his bruised ankle, only for it to flinch back.

"I left you alone for 5 minutes, how did you get down here?" Dawon asked in a gentle tone, but Lee-kyung wasn't listening and simple wrapped his arms around his neck.

"Hic..Hic"

Choi Lee-kyung let out the stifled tears that remained in his heart and wrinkled Seo Dawon's jacket with all his strength so he would not leave. Seo Dawon quietly pet the Necromancer's head embracing him as well, as if he was protecting him from an unknown force.

A few minutes they both stayed in that position with Choi Lee-kyung's head buried in the crook of the other's neck, while Seo Dawon held his head like a mother holding a child.

Dawon slowly rose with Lee-kyung still clinging onto his neck and strode to the bed, where he laid the frightened man. There, he took out a bottle from his inner jacket pocket and placed it in the palm of the other's hand.

"Drink this, it's a potion. It will help remove the bruise on your ankle and ease the other bodily aches," Dawon softly spoke as if his Master would break at the slightest sound.

The Necromancer then took the potion, felt it around the tip and started drinking. Once done, Choi Lee-kyung felt all his previous aches and pains seep out of his body as he breathed a sigh of relief.

"What happened? I couldn't hear much y'know. This room is the only one with a sound barrier"

"I remembered something"

"..." Dawon's silence proved to be a usher for him to go on and so he did.

"In Moon Isaak's mansion, I remember crawling on the floor calling out your name. I couldn't see, but Isaak apparently heard me and increased the effects of hypnosis" Lee-kyung explained listlessly.

"And I didn't remember you anymore"

Lee-kyung didn't realize this nor did he see the expression on his lover's face, but it was one of extreme pain and guilt. Pain of having to see someone he liked suffer and guilt for not being there to protect him.

'If only I'd been there, he'd be okay. Isaak couldn't have hurt him. Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there? Why wasn't I there?'

"Don't blame yourself".

This soft voice cut through the air like a thousand knives all at once, interrupting the Mage's repetitive thoughts.

"You told me, when I came back that I shouldn't 'think poorly of myself'. The same goes for you. It wasn't your fault. We were simple in a vulnerable position when Bae Jaemin attacked and when Isaack took me away. But it wasn't your fault"

Even though Lee-kyung's eyes had been sewn shut, at that moment he saw through Dawon more than anyone else did, and Dawon never once forgot that.

At that moment Dawon thought to himself, 'Maybe that's why I'm such an obsessive punk'
