MADDISON HESITATED BEFORE TURNING THE CAR BACK ON AND Johnny noticed. The blonde sighed with annoyance. "What?", he asked, turning to look her in the eyes to which she returns.

The brunette shook her head, "It's nothing", she dismissed, pulling away from the house. She could just feel the blonde's gaze and she just couldn't hold it in any longer, "Your dad seems nice", she finally said in a sarcastic manner.

Johnny scoffed, turning away from the girl. "He's not my dad", Johnny voiced, "My dad left", he added, clenching his jaw. Maddison noticed the anger in Johnny and that she can relate to him but her dad fully left when she thirteen and – you know what happened.

"My dad left, too", Maddison admitted, after a few moments of silence. "Well, fully left when I turned thirteen but he was always away", the brunette confessed, but then they had just arrived at Golf n' Stuff.

Maddison got out of the car before Johnny could say anything and started walking ahead of him. Johnny had to basically run to catch up to the Tucker girl.

He put a hand on her shoulder, "Hey, we don't have to talk about it", he said and Maddison smiled and then she saw the Mini Golf sign.

"Come on!", she said and dragged the blonde over to the booth and saw an adult wearing the Golf n' Stuff uniform and had the nametag that read, 'Janet'. "Good evening, Janet, can we get two golf clubs?", Maddison spoke, smiling at the woman.

Janet chewed her gum, loudly, "$10.99", the woman said boredly, looking at her nails.

Johnny handed the woman $20 and told her to keep the change and she did. They grabbed the golf clubs and the balls and ran towards the first hole, laughing. Maddison put the ball on the line on the green and grabbed her golf club, she swung it and it wasn't a hole in one.

"Damn, Princess", Johnny spoke, looking at her. "You're worse than me", he voiced, a smirk crawling onto his face and Maddison turned away huffing.

She took a deep breath in and focused on Johnny's ball and it was nearly in the hole but it was just so close. "Ha!", she laughed, pointing her index finger at him and his face fell.

"Well, you didn't get it in, either", Johnny remarked, he grumbled to himself as he couldn't figure out a better insult.

It had been quite sometime and they were now on the last hole, let's just say that Maddison wasn't losing. She cheered as she finally got her ball in the last hole, it took six tries but for poor Johnny he still had to get it in.

Maddison watched as he hit the ball. Six times. Seven. Eight. Nine and he now had finally got it in. "So, who won?", Johnny asked, as if he didn't just lose.

"Me, dumbass", the brunette answered, Johnny sighed.

"You sure?", he questioned.

"Yep", Maddison answered, patting him on the shoulder.

The two were in the arcade and Johnny wanted to impress her by doing a basketball game but boy was he off his game. He got nearly all of them missing the hoop. The one that he got in the hoop was the one that Maddison wasn't watching so technically that one didn't count.
