01. ᴛᴇɴꜱɪᴏɴꜱ ᴀɴᴅ ɴᴇᴡ ᴀᴅᴀꜱ {ᴛᴡᴇɴᴛʏ-ꜰɪᴠᴇ ᴀᴄᴛꜱ}

Chloe stabler sat at her desk as she looked to see Olivia who walked in and looked to her and smiled "are you okay" she asked

"Paper work" Chloe said as she sat back in her chair as Amanda smiled

"I thought that the captain was coming back" Chloe asked

"He will be. This is just a one time thing". It's late you should go home and get some sleep" Olivia said as Chloe smiled

"Sleep? It's not a friend of mine" Chloe said

"I feel you" Sophie said as she sat at her desk as Chloe looked to her best friend and smiled

"Yeah well things are going to be shaken up until the captain comes back so I'd sleep while you can. Your too much like your father sometimes" Olivia said as Chloe smiled

Chloe smiled to herself "maybe an early night wouldn't be so bad" Chloe said

The following morning Chloe stood as she watched the interview that a rape victim had given on tv the following night . Chloe stood sipping her coffee knowing the sex was catching up to her

"She's giving as good as she gets here" nick said. Nick and Chloe held a look. She knew how the two of them had a complicated relationship. When Maria got pregnant. He had dumped her and they got off and married and had Zara and it broke Chloe. Especially as her mental health went downhill because of it. Chloe knew how hard it was with her having bipolar

"You would say that" Chloe said as the two of them held a look

"But it turned ugly when they were alone." Amanda said

"She's not claiming rape, but she agreed to a rape kit?"

"Well, reluctantly.She has anal fissures and a severe ligature mark on her neck." Olivia said

"There's a difference between rape and liking it rough." Chloe said as Olivia looked to her as Nick smirked

"Hmm something to tell us" Nick asked as she shot him a glare

"Why don't you too just get naked" Sophie said as Chloe glared at her

"She didn't press charges?" Finn asked

"No, she's worried, you know, because of her book." Amanda said

"Her prose is pretty florid, although I admire any author who can work in nipple clamps and Albinoni's Adagio in one sentence." Munch said

"You read this?" Finn asked

"The yentas at my mother's retirement home were passing it around and my mother's losing her sight, so I read it to her." Munch said

"That's not something you wanna read to your mother" Chloe said

"Okay, this isn't a book club.If she's not pressing charges, why are we wasting our time?"

"Captain, you're new to SVU. Victims sometimes take time to process.She said stop.He tightened the belt.He probably thought that, given her book, that he could get away with it." Olivia said
