Chloe lay in bed. She remembered how she and Nick had ended up having sex. She knew that her head was a mess over it all. Chloe wanted to say that she was drinking but she wasn't. She knew that there was already tension with her and Nick and she knew that things were only going to get more tense. Chloe knew the history that they had and how she didn't know what to think. Chloe frowned secret phone rang off the side "stabler " she said as she answered the phone as she heard that there had been a kidnapping

"In in my way" Chloe said as she got out of bed and stumbled

"Damn you amaro" she cursed knowing he had caused her to loose balance of her legs. She forgot how could he could fuck her

Chloe got to the park as she saw Nick

"Oh hi. It would be you" she said as he smirked

"Last time we were together you didn't mind my company. In fact you enjoyed it a lot. How are your legs?" He asked as she rolled her eyes

"And you look as if your limping" he said as she smirked

"I pulled a muscle at the gym" Chloe said

"You hate the gym you forget how well I knew you chlo"

"Josie, I need you to--I need you to stay calm, now try to breathe, okay?" Chloe said to the mother as Nick stood taking to the father of the girl who has been kidnapped

"Look, I'm telling you, she--"

"There you go." Chloe said

"She was playing in the sand. I took a call, I looked up, she was gone."

"What time was the call?" Nick asked

"I don't know."

"Well, it'll be on your cell." Nick said

"That's good.Take a breath, and tell me, what was Tessa wearing?" Chloe asked the mom

"Pink pants.A pink jacket."

"Okay." Chloe said

"This is from earlier this morning." The dad said as he showed Nick a video

"Oh, wait, wait, hold up.Who's that?" Nick asked as he saw someone lurking in the background

"The dad videotaped Tessa getting sunscreen put on.I mean, is that what parents do now?Just record everything?" Chloe as she as she looked to Nick as he sat behind her

"Right I'm not a parent you are. Are you okay? I mean cases like this can't be easy for you" she said as she sat in the side of the desk next to him
