the new kids

part 6: the end of the break/the leg healing

*time skip to the day that cole, Brandon, Axel and Alex all go back to school, you guys all get in the car and then when you arrive to school you all go up to Ace and Alex's dorm and are all sitting on the couch talking, and then all of a sudden Alex starts falling asleep since he feels really drowsy from the medicine he took since its night and he had to take it anyways and Axel notices him falling asleep.*

Axel: Hey Alex, want me to help you go to your room so you can sleep?*

Alex: Yes please.

*Axel helps Alex into his room and onto his bed and then Alex falls asleep right away then Axel covers him with a blanket.*

Axel: *whispers* sweet dreams little brother.

*Axel quietly leaves Alex's room and gently closes the door behind him and then he goes back to the others.*

*Later that night Alex is still asleep and the others all go to their dorms and go to sleep also and Ace goes into his room to go to sleep.*

*Time skip, Alex's leg is now fully healed the doctor took the cast off and he slowly starts walking again with Axel and the others staying behind him to make sure he doesn't fall.*

*A few days after Alex starts walking again he is in the gym playing basketball but he isn't as good as he used to be and he keeps missing the baskets and he gets frustrated because of it and Leo notices it.*

Leo: Alex are you ok?

Alex: No, I'm terrible at basketball now, I'm not as good as I used to be.

Leo: It's ok Alex, you'll get back to how you used to be eventually after a lot of practice.

*more days pass and Alex still is bad at basketball and he is starting to lose hope and is thinking of quitting basketball and he is now in his room and just looking at videos on his phone of him playing basketball when he was really good at it and Ace notices something is wrong with him so he gets Axel and Axel starts talking with him about what's bothering him.*

*time skip-Axel helps Alex become good at basketball again and it's Alex's first basketball game and he ends up winning.*
