Emery and Clarisse walked into the Pavilion together and all eyes were on them. Emery ran her hand through her hair. A few groans were let out mostly by guys. Emery noticed Silena, Drew and Piper at a table.
"Thanks for walking me." Emery said.
"No problem. Later, Red." Clarisse said.
"Bye." Emery said with a head tilt. Clarisse just smirked at her and walked over to the Ares table.
"Yo, Clarisse, you bangin that?" Her brother Joe asked. Clarisse scoffed at him.
"No and if I was, I wouldn't tell you." The table ooh'd. "Now go make me a plate." Joe sighed and went to wait in line. Emery had reached the table with her siblings.
"We wanted to wait for you." Piper said and Emery nodded. They all got in line. "So Hailey is just over there."
"You ready?" Drew asked. Emery was nervous. She never intentionally broke someone's heart before.
"Yeah." Emery said.
"Hey. It's okay. We'll be there every step of the way." Silena said and Emery nodded. Clarisse glanced over to see the four girls getting out of line. She raised an eyebrow as they walked over to the Athena table. Clarisse glared as Hailey's eyes raked over Emery's body. She was hers and Hailey had the nerve to look at her like that. Hailey and Clarisse had been in competition with each other since they have known each other. They were arguably the most attractive girls at camp that all the bi and curious girls wanted. She damn sure isn't going to listen to her father. She wanted Emery and she was going to have her. Clarisse even thought about dropping the girls she was hooking up with. Emery was worth it.
"Hey." Hailey said. "Who's this?" Hailey asked even though she knew exactly who Emery was. The whole camp was talking about the girl who was claimed her first five minutes.
"This is our sister, Emery. She just got here." Piper said.
"It's nice to meet you." Emery said so softly and Hailey was hooked.
