~Sunghoon~

We're moving house. Again.

This is like the fourth time we've moved, luckily I couldnt be asked to sort my stuff out last time. Just a few small things to pack.
Although, I feel bad for going. I made a few friends here and there, and a best friend.

Thats what i can call him, right?

Honestly, maybe not. He did questionable things to me that i didnt know bestfriends did to eachother.
I wonder... is that really how bestfriends treat eachother? Anyways I'm quite happy aswell, but i got bullied because of him.

"Sunghoon? Your mother wants you in the car, its a thirty minute drive" I recognised the voice as the door opened.

"Hi Miss Honey but what about my stuff? I thought my mum got me the day off today? Plus i dont have the uniform."
Then i felt a comforting hand on my shoulder, "Sunghoon it will all me taken care off, dont stress. Now you mother wants you in the car, come on."
I followed her out of my room and down the stairs, then to the car.

The butler was telling me how I'll be given the uniform and a tour with the school council's Yang Jungwon (the vice-prez) and Lee Heeseung (the prez of school council).

'hopefully they're nice and not dicks'
I thanked him for the information and soon dozed off

"Sunghoon? Time to wake up."

Eventually, I was woken up by gentle shaking and a faint voice calling my name.
"Oh sorry sir..." I said my voice groggy from just waking up.
"Y'know you dont have to call me 'Sir' Sunghoon, you can call me by my name. Anyways, I'll be the one picking you up later today to drop you off at the new house."

"Alright, Thankyou" I gave him a little smile and got out of the car, then I was met with three people.

"Hello Park Sunghoon, I'm the principle of Dark Moon High" he said reaching his hand out to shake mine.
I shook his hand taking note that his hands were freezing cold. However I gave him a small smile in return too.
"These two students will show you around and give you your uniform alright?" I nodded and we bid him out goodbyes.

'Great, I'm stuck with them the whole day now. I dont even feel like socialising anymore.'

"Hey! I'm Yang Jungwon the vice-president of school council, and this is Lee Heeseung the president of school council" Holding his
hand out to shake mine.
"Sunghoon" I said shaking his hand nervously, "Park Sunghoon." I noticed his hands were insanely cold too.

'Whats wrong with them?'

"C'mon lets start the tour!" Jungwon said dragging me to the front gates, watching them open.
"Dark Moon High has been here for over 10,000 years so dont be surprised if you see anything old fashioned. This school is also one of the richest in the country" the boy explained showing off his dimpled smile to me.

"Thats probably why my dad wants me to go to this school..." I whispered, not expecting them to hear me as we walked through the school gates.

"Why does your dad want you to go to rich schools?" Heeseung asked.
"I dont know actually, my mum says that he just wants to spend his money on something atleast." I explained as I looked over to Heeseung, giving me a confused look.
"My dad earns alot of money and doesnt spend it." He gives me a small smile and nods understandingly.

"Woahh...." As i turned my head to look back at Jungwon again I got a glimps of the school.

'Its so big...' (thats what she said 😫 ...sorry)

"Told you we were rich" The dimple faced boy said.
"No kidding" Soon I heard Heeseung giggle at my face still in awe of how huge the school was.
"So this building in the middle is the main part of the school, where most of your classes will be held.
The building on the left is our dorms. Lastly, the building on the right is our sports building. Any questions so far, Sunghoon?"

"uhm... Do all students have to move into the dorms?" I asked tilting my head a little.
"No not at all! Its just that some students live quite far so the chose to move in here."
After he explained that he dragged me to the school office where I got my uniform, schedule and ID.

'Huh?... Human? What is up with this school, ofcourse I'm human'

"You alright Sunghoon?" Heeseung asked worriedly "Wha- Oh... Yea im alright.." I replied putting the schedule and my ID in the plastic bag with my uniform.

"Alrighty then, lets continue."

'Ugh, finally'

As soon as I got home I plopped down onto my bed, too tired to do anything since me, Heeseung and Jungwon were walkimg around the school all day.

'ngl they were quite sweet.'

I thought, thinking about how kind and caring they were of me. They made sure I was comfortable and that I understood what directions they were giving me.

'Just thinking about them makes me drousy...'

Once I woke up I thought abt exploring the new house a little, and I did.
I may have gotten quite carried away cause I found myself in a small library with books and everything.

I tried to find my way to the English section but got carried away looking in the History section picking out a few books that interested me.

But one perked my intrest even more than the others.

Dark Moon Academy's History.

Writen right at the front with the most cursive writing ever, ontop of some type of leather that I've never felt before.
After some admiration, I opened the book looking through the coffee-stained pages.

Dark Moon Academy has been here for almost 10,000 years. It was a place of  Protection. Safety.

I flipped through a few more pages.

For many off-springs of monsters.
The most common were Vampires. Blood - sucking creatures who imitate the apperance of humans. However they were more pale, cold hands and shar-

'wait cold hands?'
I thought.
'The principle and Jungwon had cold hands too, could they..? No, never.
These are just myths, right?...
