"Things fully packed?"
"Yup."
"Everything packed for dental hygiene?"
"Yup."
"Shower stuff? Bathrobe? Bikini?"
"Um... Yes...?"
"And are you really sure that you have enough-"
"YES YES AND YES AGAIN!!!" Roxanne interrupted her adoptive mother's round of questions. Wow, sometimes she can get really excited... A little annoyed, she closed her third suitcase. She looked around again. Her room looked so empty... And soon the most important part would be leaving - her. It's been ten years since she came here. And after those ten years, she would be leaving again.
When she saw her adoptive mother again, she noticed that her adoptive mother was on the verge of tears. "Are you okay?" Roxanne asked. "Y-yes... Everything's okay," her adoptive mother replied. "I miss you already..." "Hey, it's all good. I'm not leaving until tomorrow. And besides, I can visit you too!" Roxanne tried to comfort her mother. She also tried not to cry herself. It will be hard to say goodbye, but it won't last forever.
The siblings are briefly embraced (well, the little brother stuck out his tongue afterwards) and then she had to say goodbye to her adoptive father. There she could no longer hold back her tears, her adoptive father too. "We'll write to you. Okay?" "Okay," Roxanne promised. She picked up her suitcases and went to Magnus, who was already waiting for her. After Magnus had packed her suitcases in the trunk and got into the car, he noticed Roxanne looking at a photo. The photo was of a baby. "Tell me... Do you have a little brother or sister?" asked Magnus. "No, I don't..." Roxanne replied. "That's me. That's the only baby photo of me. Other than that, I don't have any. And I keep trying to recognize anything that might be relevant to my past."Magnus was a little surprised. For not being able to remember her time before the certain incident very well, that seemed to be a sign. He'd be only too happy to explain everything - but if he took his eyes off the road just once, he almost drove into the path of oncoming traffic. "Watch out! You have to look properly!" warned Roxanne and Magnus quickly corrected himself. For a brief moment, he thought it wasn't Roxanne but her mother sitting next to her...
The rest of the journey went smoothly and they arrived on time. The train is due to leave in a few minutes. "So, which track should we go on? About 9 3/4?" joked Roxanne. "Ha ha. You know how much I hate Harry Potter." "And you know only too well that I annoy you with it," Roxanne said, taking the letter from school out of her pocket again to check the track. "Hmm... It just says 'Ask the conductor for platform 66'. But which conductor? And there's no platform 66 here!" said Roxanne. "Said who?" replied Magnus. He went ahead of the young Amoh and stopped at the conductor of platform 6. Roxanne was puzzled. Why here of all places? Isn't it a bit too obvious when something happens here?
"Hi, I'm just passing through..." greeted Magnus. "And what do I have to do with it?" replied the conductor. "Well, I would say that you do have something to do..." "In what way?" asked the conductor. Magnus approached the conductor's face and whispered in his ear: "Execute Order 66." The conductor nodded sympathetically and asked them to follow him. He took them to a room where there were very few people. And in front of them is an elevator that only goes down. "Here you go. And enjoy the ride," wished the conductor and disappeared again. "Right then. It's a normal elevator, isn't it?" asked Roxanne. "Well... You could say that..." replied Magnus. "Well, in that case..." The two of them got in and Roxanne proudly pressed the button. "What could possibly go wrong?"
Famous last words.
The ground immediately disappeared beneath them and Roxanne began to scream. So loudly that Magnus had to cover his ears. Fortunately, this was short-lived. As they almost reached the ground, Roxanne noticed how she was caught by a cloud and set down very gently. "Huh... It wasn't so bad after all..." Roxanne realized in surprise. "What did you think? That we would die?" Magnus wanted to know. "AHEM, YES? How am I supposed to react if the FLOOR just disappears under my feet? 'Oh, a normal Tuesday... It just happens that I fall down' BOY, OF COURSE I THOUGHT WE WERE GOING TO DIE RIGHT HERE!!!" Roxanne complained. "But you survived. So stop blubbering..." Magnus said coolly and walked towards the platform. "TELL ME, ARE YOU STILL OKAY?!"
