Yns pov

I wake up with a sniffly nose. And then I realize my throat starts to hurt. Then I start violently coughing. Then I throw up. Welp guess I gotta call outa work and stay in bed. I call up Val leaving him angry that I've gotten sick and bad at that. I guess since my absence in the lobby of the hotel seems strange because multiple people come upstairs to ask if I'm alright. Charlie and Vaggie did first, and then Nifty brought me things to make me feel better. Then Angel walks into the room while I'm slowly dying.

"Heya toots! I wanted to know if you wanted to- oh ma god you're sick." He says walking into the room. I cough while he stands by the doorway. I'm guessing I look pale because he instantly saw my state.

"Yes I'm sick... isn't it obvious?" I say in a raspy sickly voice. Yeah it hurts to speak as well so that's great. Angel walks toward me and places his hand on my forehead. "What are you doing?" I ask.

"I'm checking your temperature to see if you have a fever which you probably do since you're so pale. Do you feel hot or cold?" He asks kneeling by my bed to talk to me. I quirk my brow put just answer.

"I don't know I feel kinda cold I guess." I say as Angel clicks his tongue and stands to grab some things. He comes back with a stack of pillows and blankets along with some medicine and tea on a tray. He puts the blankets over me and the pillows around me to also act to give me warmth. He hands me 2 Advil, a bit of that pink liquid medicine, and then some cough drops.

"Here take that and then try to sleep." He says standing waiting to see me take the medicine. I do and he seems happy with me. He leaves to walk away and rasp out.

"Could you stay with me?" I ask simply. He turns and gives me a sweet smile before walking next to my bed and laying down on the couch that is so close to the bed we can hold hands. He takes my hand and rubs it a bit to send me to sleep faster. I guess it's working because I'm drifting to sleep...

Angels pov

I take yns hand to make her fall asleep faster. It seems to work since she's out like a light in a few minutes. I then take the time to look at her room. It's very bright with a good amount of guitars hanging on the walls. She has one of each color of the rainbow with black, white, and pink. Geez where's she getting these things? I just sit and look around her room for a bit until I think I should make her some food to eat. I head down stairs in the kitchen to make her my mother's soup recipe. I hum the song she sang the night before while I move around the hotel's kitchen.

"What are you doing there Angel?" Alastor asks while he begins a pot of coffee. I stir in a few spices and smile.

"Yns sick so I'm making her some of my mother's mushroom soup recipe." Alastor nods his head a bit and grabs a mug from the shelf above the brewing pot of coffee.

"That's nice. Say does she need anything like medicine from the store? I'm heading out for a bit so I'm asking everybody if they require anything from the town." Alastor says sipping his dark black coffee happily. I shake my head a bit and return to making my soup. Then Charlie walks in smiling.

"Good morning everyone! How are my bestest of friends doing today?" Charlie laughs while Vaggie walks behind her and tickles the princess a bit.

"I'm doin good how bout you Char?" I ask as the princess and her girlfriend sit down next to each other.

"I'm absolutely positively the bestest today! Alastor how's your day going?" Charlie asks the demon standing next to me leaning against the counter.

"Well I'm doing quite nicely. Charlotte do you require anything from the shops in town?" He asks as I return to my soup for Yn...

Short chapter todayyyyy. I don't have much time since I'm in another musical in school and I'm the lead so time is money here. But I'm happy I got to write today! Ba bye my Sweeties🩷!
