"So how's your business doing? Because I hear it doing well, which I have no doubt. But why don't you tell me, how's your branch?" Mrs. Kim asks. We were at the house, Taehyung grew up in which was very welcoming and big.

From what I've been listening to, Taehyung got his job passed on by his biological father who passed away a couple of years ago so he took it into his own hands, starting as a regular worker when his dad was still alive, up to his position as a CEO when he passed.

"It's been great so far" he reply, wiping his mouth with the napkin. We were currently having dinner after we got back from the hospital in which Jennie would be staying at for the next couple of days.

"That's good to hear. You know I don't associate myself with that whole business stuff since your father died" She said chuckled before it's silent again, but she speaks up after a while. "So are you two dating?"

"Um-" I say nervously looking at Taehyung but he only looked at me while Mrs. Kim looks at us both expectantly.

"For goodness sake, are you or not?" Truth was, Taehyung had I never settled on a label. To be fair, we've never actually talked about it so I'm not sure how Taehyung feels on his part.

"The kids love her to death, she's amazing with them" He says avoiding the question but answering nonetheless.

"I noticed that too, they seem attached to you Jisoo, I know you're already grown on me" His mother said gives a toothy smile making me laugh.

"Well I never really had mother, it was always just my grandmother but she showed me the unconditional love of a mother that I believe all children should have, and seeing as i love the kids it's only fitting" I say with a smile, catching Taehyung staring at me through my peripheral vision.

"I wouldn't have said it any better" Mrs. Kim says to me before turning to Taehyung. "Please give me the good news that you're divorced that hag"

"Mom!" Taehyung groans sternly making Mrs. Kim and I stifle our laughs. "She is the mother of your grandchildren" He points out.

"Oh it's about the only right thing she did and even then, I never liked her. Now Jisoo is the one I love. Don't mess it up, Taehyung" She says, winking at me while standing up and placing her plate in the sink.

"I won't" Taehyung replied while holding his gaze on me.

TIME SKIPPED

"God damn it!" Taehyung frowned, rolling over to his side on the kind sized bed, covering his head under the pillow to stop himself from hearing the further cries of the new baby from the other room. It was currently five in the morning, half hour past since the last time the baby cried and we only had a few hours of sleep.

Since we arrived here, Taehyung and I had been sharing the same bed in his old room while the girls took another's bedroom since Mrs. Kim was sleeping in the with Jennie to help her with the baby.

"Still want me to have kids of my own?" I mock, hearing him suck his teeth afterwards. "Come help me prepare breakfast now that you're up" I say, slapping his back lightly.

I'm about to sit up before his arm snakes around my waist, stopping me from moving. "I like this, sleeping on the same bed with you" He rasps out. "We should do this when we get back to Korea" he says making me let out a soft giggle.

"We should go downstairs and make breakfast first before we talk about it" I mutter referring to the whole what are we conversation. Taehyung groans and sit up as I do and follow me downstairs.
