"To fight that crime. And luckily Swellview has the best crime fighters of all. And so my fellow Swellviewians, as Vice mayor of this fine city, I present these medals of recognition for bravery and commuting service to our very own Captain Man and Kid Danger," Mayor ended his speech as Ava and Ms Swellview smiled proudly, putting on the medals on Kid Danger and Captain Man.
"Oh, and please accept this coupon for one free medium frozen yogurt," the Mayor said. He held it up, handing it to Captain Man.
"Wow,"
"Each?"
"No, you'll have to split the yogurt,"
"It's fine. I'll get your own," Ava whispered to Kid Danger. The crowd cheered loudly as Captain Man walked up to the podium. "Thank you, Mayor, Thank you, citizens of Swellview," Captain Man started. Ava started fidgeting with her hair as she listened to Captain Man's speech.
"And we very much appreciate these medals and the yogurt, which we'll share," Captain Man said, flipping the coupon around. "Kid Danger, you're up," Captain Man called on him. Good luck," Ava nudged him.
The crowd cheered even louder for Kid Danger, the obvious favoritism over Captain Man. "You were okay," Ava commented. "Thank you," Captain Man answered dryly, unimpressed with Ava's teasing.
