Losing Memories.

I guess not many talked about how you would suffer from a thing called 'memory loss'. No, I'm not talking about the kind of memory loss where you would hit your head and you would go through amnesia. This is different. This so-called 'memory loss' is a condition where someone went through severe trauma or 'an event' that occurred during their childhood and it would affect their future life in a way to a point where you could barely remember how your childhood looked like.

Believe me when I say, there would be people who were asked about their childhood; "What did your childhood look like?" and there would be answers like this: "I, somehow...can't remember."

And then, they'll force themselves to remember but they gained only a little of the beautiful memory and they would have it on play repeatedly in their minds. And so, it'll be worse when the traumatic events start creeping in, and, then, you are suddenly back in the past, recalling every detail and then you had to go through everything alone and then you would force yourself to stand back up again because you have to.

So, why do people that had gone through traumatic events would lose their memory? It is to prevent them from reliving that memory and it is better to not look for it as much as you want to. There's a reason why your brain erased it. Now, can you believe it when I say not many people remember their childhood?

Just a glimpse of the memory. How awful.
