"Amore mio, perché fai questo a te stesso?"

Rome came in and spotted Tom, who was looking at him with a blank expression.

"You're late Bell," he said sternly.
Rome checked the watch on his left wrist. Technically, he was late.. by three minutes. Although- today Rome wasn't in the mood to put up a fight so he instead replied with a-
"Sorry," and scurried off to his usual corner.

"Okay so, Rome, you go talk to the new kid while I do some things. After I will be back to discuss some things with you... Privately,"
Tom walked out and closed the door behind him.

If Tom wanted to talk with you, that meant one of two things:
it's the best news of your life-
or the worst-
Rome has been trying to be more optimistic.

He glanced around the room and spotted a tall figure with a phone in his hand. He walked over to this person and crossed his arms.

"Uhh hi, so you can ask me any questions and stuff about the place," Rome said, catching his attention. The guy smelt of peppermint. "Also, why did you join? You don't seem like the type to like this sort of thing," he asked, looking him up and down.

"Mrs. Denniston said that if I join an after-school activity I could get extra credit," the boy explained, his voice was deep and slightly raspy, probably from being tired after school. He proceeded to shove his phone into the pocket of his sweatpants.

"What's your name?"

"Is this twenty questions or something? Hah- one at a time please,"
He said back, a slight smirk plastered on his face. Rome previously dropped his crossed arms.

"No," he replied, with a slight hint of annoyance. The guy looked at him and then leaned against the wall behind them.

"I like your jeans. Where did you get them?" He questioned cheerfully. A scowl was still formed on Rome's face, but he lightened up a bit from his words.

"Mmm Bershka, I think," Rome answered.
He stared down at Rome's trousers for a second then added-

"Isn't that for girls?"

Rome felt way more offended now.

"There's a male section obviously,"
he rolled his eyes at him. The guy may have been right though, he did buy them from the girls' section- but that doesn't matter.

"You still didnt give me your name," Rome stated.

"It's Marco, you?"

"Rome," he said as he put his hands in his pockets. Marco appeared a bit confused, his head was tilted slightly and his eyebrows furrowed.

"Rome, huh..? Cool, but is that even legal?"

"Most likely, considering the fact I have it,"

Tom was sitting behind a desk with Sam, the helper of the new show, on the other side. Every show he has done with the club has been shortened versions of the real thing, but not this time.
But more things have changed than just the length, and some may not be too happy with it.

"So.. Sam, I have decided on some of the roles," Tom said. He waited for the signal for him to go on.
Sam nodded in assurance.

"I agree with you on most of them, apart from two. You definitely know Rome Bell, but I'm not sure you know the new fella Marco Bennett," Tom explained, as he watched Sam's face contort in confusion.
"I want Marco to be the Pharaoh and Rome to be.. one of the dancers,"
