Gray Yeon felt pain in his foot as he was entered his bedroom after showering. He crouched down to pick up what he had stepped on, and he found what seemed to be part of a Lego brick.
He didn't own any Legos.
Gray noticed that the piece was made from an odd material—bronze—instead of the usual plastic. He felt the piece heat up and saw as it began to glow.
He could easily throw it away, but his guts was against the action. He placed it on his desk, and he returned to studying.

Silvent City, Roria
Donald decided to stay in Silvent City for another night and leave in the morning instead of immediately heading to Route 4.
They battled a couple more wild Loomians; Twittle evolved into Paratweet, and Weevolt evolved into Stozap.
The rest of the day was spent for relaxing in the city. Since he had earned a lot of money from the Battle Theatre, Donald spoiled himself and his Loomians on delicious foods from the city's cafes and restaurants.
When morning came, he received a call on his LoomiWatch from Doug.
"Hey champ, congrats again on your Silvent Battle Theatre victory. You did great amazing! I've found another pretty strong energy reading on my machine. Are you heading to Route 4 anytime soon?"
"I'm actually just about to head there, now," Donald answered. "I'll be at the gate in about ten minutes. Why?"
"Oh, then I'll call back in a few minutes once you're at Route 4. I'll give your more details, then."
Donald nodded. The call ended.
After stopping by the Loomian Trainer Station to restock on supplies, they headed to the gate.

Route 4, Roria
After passing through the gate, Donald noticed the same black goop that he had seen behind the tree in the Gale Forest now covered the entrance to the path. He made sure his sunglasses were on, closed his eyes, aimed his LoomiWatch at the mysterious veil of darkness, and activated Stunning Flash.
The flash was extremely bright, but it destroyed the goop.
"I'M FREE!" A woman—who had been trapped on the other side of the goop—screamed as she ran to Silvent City.
"Hey, are you trying to blind us with that?" One of three kids who had been exited the gate at the same time of Donald—the girl with orange hair—said.
"Yeah," the blonde girl asked, "what's the big idea? Watch where you point that thing!"
"Hey," the blonde boy said, "my vision's coming back."
"Quiet, Lucas. Nobody cares."
"Hey Mabel, I think that's the guy who recently defeated the Battle Theatre."
"Oh, right you are, Lucy." Mabel asked, "What's your name, anyway?"
"Donald Na." He had no reason to hide his identity since his face and name had been broadcast when he fought the Battle Theatre.
He was about to walk past them, but Mabel shouted, "Hey, we're not done with you!"
"I don't have time to waste on babysitting brats."
Stozap stopped following Donald when Lucy held up a Capture Disc. He wanted to fight.
Donald sighed, and he turned to face them. "Alright, let's battle."
