~Chapter 4~
The note sits inside my locker, and I pick it up to put it in my bag, when Verbila interrupts me.
"Hey, what is that?" She snatches the note out of my hand, and opens it quickly.
I try to grab it out of her hands but im too short and petite to get it.
She gives it to Diona and laughs.
"Diona, look at this! She's tryna steal your man!" She laughs. Diona reads the note and looks up at me with an angry look.
"Stay away from him, idiot!" She says, ripping up the note in my face. "He doesn't love you. He's my boyfriend!" She yells in my face.
I try not to cry as I see the pieces of the note slowly fall to the ground, and Diona steps on them with her dirty athlete shoes. She's so athletic and fit, how could anyone love me, when she is the perfect girlfriend.
I run home once again and get ready for my date.
