Ty's POV

No need to say I was very anxious while George led me to the cave he was talking about, but when we reached the entrance, my anxiety took a very different turn.

There were Dreadtrux tracks on the ground, big ones.

Ty: "Uhm, George, did they tell you why they needed Helium and Hydrogen ore?"

George: "I think they mentioned feeding something. Why?"

I followed the tracks into the cave and soon enough a roar echoed through the walls, and I knew it belonged to something huge. I was almost scared of going ahead, but I kept my head up and I moved on.
There wasn't much light, but there was enough for me to see where I was going. Not fat from the entrance I saw some Helium and Hydrogen ore on the ground.

Going further, I saw them.

Not one, not two, not three but two and a half Dreadtrux. I say two and a half because there was a small one with them, probably a young trux.
My threads automatically stopped as air missed from my lungs. There were two huge Dreadtrux and a small one eating the ore around the cave. One of them was just... normal? Similar to the ones I had already seen, but the other one had red parts and didn't have a saw into its mouth, but what looks like a lighter. While the small one, it was a little bit of a mix.

I had been standing there for less than a minute when the small Dreadtrux sniffed the air and looked directly at me. It yelled out and I knew that I was fucked.
All three trux looked at me, the two big ones growled and I was sure I was going to die at that point, but I didn't.

[???]: "DREAD! BLAZE! DOWN!"

A rumbling, deep, rather unfeminine voice echoed in the large cave, and to my surprise, all three Dreadtrux stopped and moved aside.

Three T-Trux were coming toward me, two of them were green, the big one could have been slightly bigger than D-Stroy, the small one was just my size.
The third, goddammit, the third. They were black and white, three pair of horns, scars all over their body, and don't make me talk about the spiked ball at the end of the tail chain.

I could have been terrified if I didn't know they were friendly.

Ty: "He-Hello, I'm Ty."

My hands were trembling, a situation like this should be unreal, and yet here I am. The big one smiled, tho.

D-Slay: "Hi, I'm D-Slay, nice to meet you."

The small green T-Trux growled at me, clearly trying to threaten me, but the other green one stopped her.

Vyl: "May-May come on! Stop being a pain in the ass! Hi man, I'm Vyl, and she's my sister Mayla."

All in all they didn't seem that dangerous, Dreadtrux aside.

Mayla: "So, are you the leader of the Crater?"

Took me 5 minutes to answer that question.

Ty: "Technically? I'm not a ruler, but I fight for other bots to be able to live in peace."

I expected them to laugh at me, since that is not what a T-Trux does, but they didn't. D-Slay, more specifically, chuckled at me and stared directly into my eyes.

D-Slay: "How cute, sharing is very nice."

Ty: "I know right!? And I'm trying to protect the trux from this bully and... you know, other things..."

I held back D-Stroy's name, since she is their elder sibling and maybe they had a good relationship.

D-Slay: "Well, I hate bullies."

Ty: "Me too!"

We chuckled together, and I felt a little more comfortable, still terrified by her size tho.

D-Slay: "I've always tried to teach my little siblings that sharing is the right thing to do, but I bet my brother didn't turn out well."

I shivered.
She was talking about D-Stroy, and I don't want to know what she'll think when I tell her both her siblings are bullies... D-Strucks is nicer than before, tho, he's not so bad.

Ty: "I see."

D-Slay: "Instead, my little sister, Delia, she was the sweetest thing alive... I hope she's fine now."

Very honestly, my mouth acted even before my brain could think about it.

Ty: "Well, he's not in the best of situations, but he manages."

D-Slay: "...he?"

Her expression was very, very confused, but I didn't answer. Instead, she sighed and asked very politely.

D-Slay: "Do you know my youngest sibling?"

Ty: "I believe I do, and you'll be surprised!"

And that's how I convinced her to meet up with D-Strucks.
