This is an AU where German Empire and Weimar Republic are still alive when starts Reich ruling.

I guess this is the request of @asteriary , even though I wrote this for myself.

Just something I would like to get off my chest.

Reich jumped on his bed.

The young man was laughing to himself.

He turned around to face the ceiling, he was smiling foolishly to himself.

He found her.

He found the love of his life.

Red adorned his cheeks. He never felt so light-headed and so happy.

His whole life was so miserable before, but now it felt like a ball. Everything was so colorful and beautiful.

He looked at his life until now.

He was always alone.

He was met with new acquaintances all the time, true, but they were all dull.

They all loved the facade he put up, the perfect younger brother. They all saw him as a responsible person. German Empire's dedicated son.

He was the person everyone would want to be.

He had the perfect parent, the handsome looks, the serious and wise personality.

They all considered him as an idol, someone who was accomplished in life.

And he was only 16.

They all wanted to know him, they all admired his talents.

He was smart, people praised him in all of the fields of knowledge.

They wanted to meet him.

But did someone ever ask what he felt?

He was grateful that people found him so charming, wise and all that stuff.

But they never liked the real him.

What is the real him?

He himself doesn't know.

He wishes he could find more about himself, but he is scared.

When he is too much himself and not German Empire's son, he finds himself adding small jokes, small weird things, he shows his confident side for things that shouldn't matter.

When that happens, when he is somehow comfortable to show his real self, they all look at him weirdly.

They are confused.

They thought that he was the perfect model of a young descendant.

Was he not that perfect?

And then confusion turns into disgust, which turns again into repulsion.

Reich has never found one person who'd stayed more than one day with him after he showed a glimpse of his true self.

Reich sees it.
