Maisie was a bright and bubbly s Seven-year-old girl who had a zest for life unlike any other. She was a free-spirited kid who loved to dance and play soccer, always running around with boundless energy. Maisie was raised by three loving parents - Mark Sloan, whom she called Daddy, her biological father; Lexie Grey, whom she called Mommy, her biological mother; and April Kepner, whom she called Momma, her stepmom who had married Lexie. Despite having an unconventional family dynamic, Maisie was surrounded by love and support from all sides.
Maisie's favorite colors were green and pink, which she proudly incorporated into her wardrobe and bedroom decor. Her room was filled with stuffed animals, a testament to her playful and imaginative nature. She adored sleeping, often getting grouchy if she didn't get enough rest, but once she was well-rested, she was back to her goofy and lively self. Maisie also had a deep love for the cartoon show "My Little Pony" and would spend hours watching her favorite characters go on magical adventures.

They even swapped holidays each year to ensure Maisie had quality time with all of her parents.
Maisie's two best friends were Sofia Torres Robbins and Ellis Grey Shepherd, the daughters of Arizona Robbins and Callie Torres, and Meredith Grey and Derek Shepherd, respectively. The three girls were inseparable, always going on adventures together and making unforgettable memories. Maisie's light brown hair, almost blond, framed her bright blue eyes, sometimes even turning a dark brown, giving her a youthful and innocent appearance that captured the hearts of everyone she met.
