"UGH SARA!!!! Why are you dragging me to another party!!???" I said.
"Come on now Lana, you need to enjoy life sometimes; you're always so focused on your studies to the point where you quite literally have no life." Sara replied.
"So what, Sara? I'm not like you, I don't fit in at parties, and my social skills literally stink. I probably won't even do anything there! Plus, the Alpha's are hunting our kind right now, it could be dangerous for us, especially if they're at that party!" I mentioned.
"Girl, don't worry; nothing will happen at the party, there's security and everything. " stated Sara.
"Still, I just don't like parties! How hard is it for you to understand!?" I furiously mentioned.
"Ehhhhhh whatever! Come on, Lana Rana, put this on!" She handed me a black dress that looked somewhat like it was meant for a child. "Don't question it, everyone will stare at you when you walk in wearing that sexy dress, perhaps you will finally get a guy to talk to you with that on!" Sara excitedly said.
"Gosh, Sara, just stop talking! Fine, I'll put the dress on if you really want me too." I replied.
"Yes, yes, yes, yes! You won't regret it!" Lana said while jumping.
"Is she being for real right now?" I thought.
About 5 minutes later
I came out of the bathroom feeling insecure, unable to feel comfortable in the black garment. Sara looked shocked once she witnessed me leaving the restroom, as if she saw something ethereal. I questioned her, wondering if she saw something unusual.
"No! You've got it wrong, I'm just so surprised with the way you look at this moment, the dress totally suits your Lana! Your figure is snatched, and thank you for getting rid of those ugly glasses; personally, I think you could do much better with lenses. " stated Sara.
"Uh, thanks, I guess? " I replied back. I wasn't sure if she was trying to mock me or if she was being genuine. Although I do see potential in myself with this dress on, considering it barely covers my body and all wolves desire half-naked betas, even the ruthless alphas who strongly oppose us,.
"Come on now, I called an uber to drop us off to the club. You have no idea how thrilled I am since you finally agreed with me!" Sara said while dragging me to the door. "Quick, put your shoes on, or actually wear these!", She handed me a pair of black sparkly heels, and as I finished slipping into them, she once again pulled me outside the door. Sometimes I wonder if I am just a burden to her, considering this may be the first time she has genuinely seemed like she's happy to be around me.
