TO BE HONEST, Maggie was ecstatic to be partner-in-crime to Marcus Kane. As his mentee, it was only fitting that she, in turn, taught him to ways of criminal living. And to do it with Miller by their side? An absolute trio of chaos, if she did say so herself.

As the trio made their way to the Chancellor's office, Maggie was huffing and puffing.

"I thought that the stick was supposed to make you not as exhausted," Miller teased.

"Yeah, one more word out of you and I'll hit you with it."

"Alright, you step aside if someone answers," Kane stated, separating their little spat with a warning look.

"I told you, no one's home." Miller was a little impatient when they got to the door and kane still knocked on it. He did chuckle, and that got Kane's attention.

"What?"

"Bet you didn't think we'd be breaking the law together when you arrested me on the Ark, huh?"

Tensions were running high, so it was no surprise when Kane grasped Miller by the front of his shirt, quite harshly, it might be added.

"This isn't a game, Nate. If we don't find out what Pike's up to, more people will die."

"Then let's not get caught."

Letting the boy go, the former leader put the code into the pad on the door, successfully unlocking it. From behind them, someone addressing Pike was heard by them all, but Maggie was the only one to comment on it.

"Come on, ladies, we've got company." She was a little jittery, considering she was about to commit a legitimate act of treason.

Kane handed Miller the little circle that would act as their device of crime. "Hey, you put this somewhere smart, out of sight. Maggie and I'll buy you some time."

Miller nodded and slipped inside the room, shutting the door behind him. Exchanging a glance, Maggie and her mentor made their way to meet Pike, and Bellamy apparently, walking down the hall.
