Chapter 1

~~~
The steam of the bathroom hit me full force once i stepped out of the shower and onto the cold tile floor, every part of my body was begging me to hop back in and keep getting soaked in the boiling hot water I love to shower in, but I knew I needed to get to sleep soon if I were to make my morning classes tomorrow.
College wasn't all bad, some days were worse than others, today was one of those.
Grabbing my towel from the outside hook, wrapping it around myself, I took a peak out into the empty and mostly dimly lit bathroom, it was full of showers for women only and seeing as it was about midnight I'm not surprised no one else was in here.
I stepped further out, my toes feeling like ice cubes as I walked over to the sink, I bent over to grab my bathroom bag which has my toothbrush in it, I rummaged through it until a loud clank rang through what I thought was an empty bathroom, I bolted up straight and scanned my surroundings.
The bathroom seemed empty as far as I could see but the steam and dim lighting kept me from seeing much.
I shrugged and figured it was probably someone's left over soap bar falling off a shower bench.
I continued digging through my bag till I found my toothbrush, I leaned over the sink and wiped the mirror clean from where the steam had fogged it up.
I stared at my complexion for a second, something I rarely did, I wasn't happy with how I looked.
My ex made sure of that, my light brown eyes stared back at me, looking as empty as I felt on the inside, my dark brown hair hung at my shoulders, in desperate need of a trim.
I shook my head and tore my eyes away from myself, glancing down I started putting toothpaste on my toothbrush, I couldn't help but notice my breast trying to spill out of my towel.
Annoyed, I grunted as I tried to loosen the towel but not too much, in case someone did walk in at these odd hours I did NOT want to be butt ass naked, now that would be the cherry on top to this already shitty day.
Sighing at the thought of my shit day before shoving my toothbrush into my mouth and going to town on my teeth, I gave a quick glance around feeling a little bit less alone after that loud noise, it was probably nothing and I'm being paranoid because I'm tired and it's late.
Shaking my head again to clear my thoughts, I lean down to spit out my toothpaste, I felt heat against my back suddenly which caused me to violently spit out my toothpaste before shooting up straight and spinning around to once again see that I was completely alone...
The grip on my toothbrush tightened and the hair on the back of my neck stood up straight, something doesn't feel right.
I did a thorough look around but still saw NOTHING.
Slowly turning back around, cupping my hand and gargled some water then spit it out.
Taking a deep breath to calm my nerves, I placed my toothbrush and toothpaste back into my bag on the ground, this time I for sure felt something more than warm brush against my back, I felt a full body pressing against mine for a split second, I shot up faster than before nailing my head against the sink hard, i felt my skull vibrate and my teeth chatter, "FUCK" I groaned as I was leaned over violently rubbing my throbbing skull.
Tears pricked my eyes from the pain, I slowly stood up straight now feeling royally pissed off from how my day went, this creepy ass bathroom which I will NEVER be showering in this late again and the throbbing pain in the back of my head.
Groaning as I rubbed my head more, I pick my bag up and placed it in the sink, not risking hitting my head again, probably end up knocking myself out at this rate.
Mumbling about how shit my day was and how this shit sucks and fuck whoever made such well built sinks, I glanced up once more, I felt something watching me more intensely than before, I wasn't expecting anything when I looked up, the last thing I expected to see was a man but most importantly a blurry looking man, at least 6 inches taller than me.
I whirled around in fear, my eyes met absolutely nothing that was behind me...
My heart raced and pounded against my chest harder and harder by each passing second, my teeth were digging into my tongue trying to keep myself from screaming.
There was nothing, no one there, am I seeing shit?
Am I really that tired, am I hallucinating?
I gripped my towel tightly as I slowly turned back to the mirror, I need to get out of here and back to my dorm, I must've hit my head hard enough to give myself a concussion, that's what it is!
Makes perfect sense, probably, probably not...
I plucked a pair of shorts from my bag as I went to bend over and slip them on something stopped me and I wish it didn't, my eyes locked onto the mirror which was fogging up again but even as the fog grew thicker over the mirror I still saw the shadowy figure of a man wearing black directly behind me.
My breath hitched and I felt everything in me tell me to run to haul ass out of this creepy as fuck bathroom but my body was completely frozen, I couldn't even scream if I wanted to.
I stood completely frozen, I blinked and everything was black "What the f-" before I could finish my sentence the lights flashed back on, I grabbed onto the sink to keep myself from falling when a body slammed against me, I don't know what I was feeling but it was muscular and tone, the most important thing I felt was something long and stiff squished against my back.
"GET TH-" before I could finish my sentence my towel was ripped off my body and a black gloved hand slapped across my mouth muffling my words.
My heart was pounding so hard I swear my body was vibrating, I locked my eyes on the mirror and for a split second I saw a set of white teeth underneath that black hoodie, they made a crooked grin, I couldn't make anything else out before everything was sunk into darkness again.
