just want to start off of how merlin is portrayed by the community and fgo most of the time they show him as a unlike able unforgivable bastard who does nothing but sit around and watch you and bring up that "oh he did nothing in babylonia or the rest of the singularity's and lostbelts

anyways back to what k was saying they say he did nothing in babylonia even though he is the main reason we are alive and have mana for chaldea and keeping tiamat at bay a PRIMORDIAL FUCKING GODDES OF CREATION yeah she might have been sealed off of a lot of her but still that's no joke at all say almost any other servant that can do that besides solomon only one i can currently think of being able to do that

then there is when they are fighting tiamat in the underworld of mesopotamia he stops her sea of life saving everyone again, fighting and oneshoting her new 11 offspring who are divine spirits stated to be on the level or surpass demon gods again casually fighting them off and one shoting some while ishtar a divine sprit couldn't scratch them then going into stop her nega skill nega-genesis with the help of mashu'a lord camelot which is again a huge feat nega-genesis a conceptual bounded field that rejects the evolution of man and anything within the continuation of man (he then booed out after that and doesn't show up until she's defeated ☠️).

Also bring a wielded of the holy sword excalibur having shown exceptional swordsman ship for a caster class he could beat some saber class in swordsman ship alone if we do ever get a different class merlin it will most likely be saber or alter ego and his already solid stats for his caster class would skyrocket, back to what i was originally saying merlin is not a weak unforgivable bastard who does nothing show him some respect pls 🙏.
