"She was beautiful, though, did you see her?" Ennard whispers. "I expected something, but she exceeded my expectations greatly. I mean, no offense to you..." He gestures to his queen, Acacia.

"No, you're right. I thought she'd have let herself go, no more stress weighing her down to a thin weight." Acacia nods her head in agreement. "And I worry, do you feel somethign for her?" She gestures to Ennard.

"How could I not? I missed my friend, and to see her in such a position of power... I can admit I felt something for a moment. At least until Will stood up." Everyone looks in her direction, silently sitting in her seat. "What do you have to say for yourself?"

"Nothing. I was angry." Will mumbles, picking at her food. "I already sent a few gifts to her, an apology written in a letter. She'll come down for breakfast in a moment and I ca say something to her then."

"I'm not so sure about that." I chuckle, holding a tray. "She asked me to bring her breakfast to her room."

"I'm sorry, who are you again? Not in a rude way, but I totally forgot." August looks at me.

"Well, I think it's rude. I remember all of your names." I giggle. "But I am Daniel Levi, personal bodyguard to the queen of Harmony and Whimsy. I was trained professionally by one of the best swordsmen I know, The Official Royal Manual Of Self-Defense. I lived with my sister for four years, enough to know her way better than most of you anyway, and with my two guardians." One of which turns out to be the king of Belle, I think to myself, smiling nervously.

"And... are you gay?" Someone chimes in. I look around, trying to find out who said it, but everyone just looks at me with the same shocked face.

"Uh... no. At least, I don't think so. I've never met anyone I find attractive, besides my sister, and in a platonic way. She's a beautiful being, if I may say, and there's no shame in admitting that." I laugh at my words. I do think my sister is amazing and I admire her in a way many people would consider love, but I only love her like a sibling. Something I am truly willing to hold onto.

"Hmm, I don't like you." Tristan says from across the table, mouth full of food.

"Too bad." I giggle, walking to the other side of the dining room.

"Well, tell Darling I'm sorry she abandoned her failing kingdom that she now has to deal with. On her own."Tristan's laugh is muffled by his food, once again filling his mouth.

"What?" I stop. "Children can't abandon anything, they don't know any better and can only adjust to the situation handed to them by the ones truly in charge. You know who does, however? Your parents." They all drop their cutlery, looking up at me. "Your parents left you with the failing kingdoms, and you haven't been able to do anything about it in four years. But Darling stays here for a week and already has your solution wrapped in a box for you to open. It's not my fault you're all so messed up, but don't take out your insecurities on my sister." My smile doesn't falter as I talk.

"What?"

"Darling, or whatever you choose to call her, was perfectly happy before you decided to go snooping around for clues from her. She's only played with the cards dealt to her, and lived life to the greatest extent. Now, we have responsibilities that none of you are MAN enough to deal with. Goodbye, my royals. I hope we leave soon so I don't have to deal with you again..." I chuckle, walking out of the room with the tray still in hand.

A few hours later, when lunch rolls around, Darling sends me to get more food. I happily skip along, I'll do anything for my sister.

"Did you see her bodyguard?" I hear from inside. I stop at the door, listening in. "He was so pretty."
