The Money Deal

(Eight is walking to her classroom, thinking about Division and how bad his metal heath is. She's also remembering the time Six, Seven, and Nine got stains in her Uniform, it took her weeks to get it out but she finally did. She keeps walking until she spots Four and X in the hallway, who also see her.)

X waves at Eight then yells "Hey, Eight!"

"Hello, X." Eight replies with a forced smile. It was clear she didn't wanna talk to anyone but when she saw X, she knew she couldn't.

X grabs Four's wrist then runs over to Eight to start talking to her better. "So, how've you been?!" He says, his pupils dilating in excitement.

"Not so good." Eight say with her smile fading almost instantly, "I've gotta deal with Division and their mental state because he hasn't been doing really good."

X and Four looks shocked and they were about to ask a question until they get pushed out of the way by Six. Four almost punched Six un the back of his head but X stopped him before he could do any serious damage. Four didn't care about Six going up to Eight, he cared about Six pushing X.

Six rolls his eyes then looks at Eight with pure anger before speaking. "Got the money?" Six said, his eyes not breaking contact.

"Six, Just give me one more week.." Eight says in a stressed tone, "I have too much stuff to deal with... I can't get that done with you rushing me.."

"Is that a threat?!" Six says as he snaps his fingers, making Nine and Seven get closer to Eight, causing her to back up in a corner. Not because of fear, because of keeping her distance. X then intervenes saying, "GUYS! Why do we just settle this differently?!"

"Oh yeah?" Seven says turning around and grining at X, "Then explain why we shouldn't beat this little bitch into a pulp."

"B- because... Uh..." X stutters before looking over at Four then gets an idea "Because if you beat Eight up, I'll cry, which will trigger Four!"

Seven and Nine looked shocked at first before looks at each other then back at X.They then both gor over to Six and Nine speaks up "D- dude, I'm not risking that..." and Seven agrees, Saying "Yeah, Four is kinda imitating.."

Six then sighs and looks at Eight, "I give you to next week." He say before leaving in anger

Eight sighs "Thanks X, but... you didn't have to do that... I mean, I could-" X cuts her off mid sentence by saying in a stern tone "I'm not letting you go down. What did you even do anyway?!" Eight goes quiet for a good 4 seconds before saying in a quiet voice "I borrowed $10 from him a year ago... but he demanded $1,000 when I tried paying him back with a $20 bill..."

X looks shocked then speaks in an angered tone "That doesn't make sense at all!! The 20 was good enough!"

Eight then calms him down by speaking in a soft tone "Don't worry, I'm almost there. I'm just $1.99 short." She proceeded to pat his head. X was still worried but then nodded and walked away with Four. Eight sighed and smile all while waving bye to to Four and X. She then got walking back to her classroom and thinking so herself all the way there.
