Garvit POV

"Nhi nhi bhaiya, I'm not gonna give you more than 500 bucks for these aam" argues my angry bird with the seventh vendor on this super crowded street of Rajpur road on this super scorching day of super summerry month June. If bargaining was some upsc exam she would have definitely qualified the prelims 'with quota', of course, considering her super low IQ that would be the max. We have been wandering here for past 43 minutes looking for her langra. What to do, she has this really filtered taste for mangoes but chalo that is also okay but why to add impossibly unreasonable price filter to it. The audacity to believe 200/kg langra can be be bought for just 100, huh CRAZYYYY!!!

With this tortoise speed I don't think our family will be blessed to taste mangoes this season, so I secretly signaled aam vale bhaiya to let her win this battle and very smartly handed him extra 200, I could hear "main toh nhi hu insaano mein, bikta hu main toh inn dukano mein" in background. Still bhaiya gave me a bewildered look. Oh please haan! 700 is better than 500 offer ok! I can't betray my blood.

"Ab chalein mere dada or you intend to bake aam papad here" she huffed handing me 5kg thaila as if I was the one at fault, pagal aurat. I can't blame her though, bachpan se hi iske saare nut bolt dheele hain, bechari. But still I'm so good that I consider her an important part of my life, again khoon ka rishta what to do. She's like pine-apple to my pizza, na ho toh zyada achha lagega.

Well, I think it's high time I shall give you all a short intro.
Myself Garvit, Garvit Ahuja, 25 years young twin-brother of this 2 mins OLDER sister of mine, huhhh so-called protagonist. Koi na apna time bhi aayega.

Achha toh about me, I'm a Harvard graduate, self-made successful billionaire, owns multi-national companies globally, THE MOST eligible bachelor of Asia, fashion models envy me (ab ismein meri kya galti main itna hot aur handsome hu *smirk*), because of a very dark and tragic past I have lost trust in women, heartbreak for all the ladies "chhan se jo toote koi sapna, jag soona soona lage" in bg.

Gargi POV

MY GOODNESS!!! Kitna jhooth bolega Guddu...

Guys don't listen to him, he's NOTA. He's just Guddu, did his MBBS from Ghanshyam Medical College, and luckily works as a doctor at somewhat prestigious hospital of Dehradun.

Btw I'm Gargi Ahuja aka Guri, the eldest child of the Ahuja parivaar. I'm an ethical hacker by profession, but unfortunately, all I do is programming sooooooooo boringggggggg, kya kre yaar Dehradun mein cyber crime hote hi nhi hain... this was my situation before covid. Post that my job keeps me unhappily occupied "kaise hua kaise hua tu itnaaaaaa zaroori kaise hua" in bg.

Gargi Ahuja, babies!!!

Then comes my li'l sister Jiya Ahuja aka Jalebi, not because she loves jalebi but because she HATES jalebi. She's spectacled 20, college-goer and the innocent-est aatma known to Rajpur road. She was just 5 months when we lost chacha chachi. There was no question as to who would be her guardian, I still remember my mother, Gajra Ahuja, yelling at pados vali Sharma aunty when she pitied Jalebi for turning into orphan "aaj bol dia Mrs.Sharma, fir kabhi meri beti ko anaath bolne ki galti mat krna". My mother never shouts at everyone, but that statement made her lose her calm. You know that is what the thing about mothers, they can silently bear anything and everything, but when it comes to their kids, no one can stop her from becoming kaali maa.

Vaise Jiya knows about chacha chachi, mumma papa wanted her to love and respect her biological parents as much as she loved them. My papa, Jatin Ahuja, is a great part-time storyteller, so he very carefully put his skills in disclosing this fact to her. He told her that she is our chhotu sa kanha ji and chacha chachi are like Vasudev ji and Devaki ji, and they are like Nanda ji and Yashoda ji. She took this information damn maturely and counts herself blessed to be born in such a loving household. Sometimes, I think that she already knew about this thing, but Jalebi being jalebi never let us know that, I'm a proud sister you see.

So, this is our hum saath saath hain types Ahuja family living in Dehradun. There are, of course, more insane stories of this family yet to be revealed.
