16. Worried and Care

Inaya's POV

I jumped on my bed and hid my face in the pillow after changing my clothes.

My heart is still racing like crazy and cheeks still red as a tomato.

I still can't believe we almost kissed. I don't know what happened to me at that moment, and i started leaning in, too. I almost gave my first to him without even any second thought.

It's not like he's a bad guy or something, but i want it to be special with the person i'll spend the rest of my life. I don't believe in these casual relationships. I want that old school love.

And i don't even know if he's the one for me or not.

As i recalled our previous interactions, a blush again formed on my face.

I was lost in my lala land just then the door of my room barged open. And it was none other than alizeh.

"Sooo how did it go!?" she sat beside me all excited.

"It was good," i said even though i knew she's not gonna let me live in peace until i told her about the whole day.

"Oh come on girl 'good' as in? Explain briefly" she rolled her eyes.

"We went for ice skating, then ate ice cream and also enjoyed the rain. In short i had alot of fun" i skipped that almost kissed part because i know she'll act so dramatic about it.

"Good to know that, but didn't you guys do something something?" she wiggled her eyebrows.

"W-what do you mean" i asked even though i knew very well what she meant.

"Come on, you know something ahm ahm" she grinned when i glared at her.

"What the hell no!" my cheeks getting more hot.

"Judging by the way your cheeks are blazing, it doesn't looks like it" she raised her eyebrows.

"Oh my god alizeh shut up, don't you have anything else to do other than annoying me" i playfully hit her elbow.

"Oh come on, i'm so bored and what's more fun than talking about my bestie's love life!" she exclaimed.

"Whatever, now get out before i smack your head" i said laying down again.

She finally got up and went out. "Just saying, if you guys kissed than don't forget to tell me how it was" she peeked from the door and i threw my pillow at her but she dodged it quickly closing the door.

Just when i thought of sleeping and get some rest, my phone pinged with a message. I saw it was from him and quickly opened it.

Rayan:
Hey sweetheart! Safely reached home and even took medicine. (just informing in case you won't be able to sleep because of worrying about me) 😉

Me:
Please stop being so delusional i was just about to sleep.

Rayan:
Oh sorry then if i disturbed you.

Me:
No no it's fine!

Rayan:
So.. did you really enjoyed today?

Me:
Of course i did! It was one of the best day of my life.

Rayan:
I'm glad then.

Me:
:)

Rayan:
Ok now go to sleep you must be tired. And don't forget to dream about me ;)
