I stood there watching Jax put a bullet proof vest on and then slip a knife into the pocket before he turned to looks at his reflection.
"shits getting deadly?" I asked as I walked up behind him
"its getting risky. and I want to be able to make it back home to you and our kids" he says as he looked at me through the mirror.
I grabbed his shirt and handed it to him before I stood there watching him slip it on before he turns to face me.
"will this hopefully end the lockdown?" I asked
"we are hoping it will" he says
"good I miss being in our own home away from the pissy crying from some of the so called ol'ladies and some of the prospects as well as croweaters that are here just to fill some of the guys lonely nights" I say
he wrapped his arm around me as he brushed my hair back.
"I know baby I miss it too." he says
I cup his face and kiss him.
"please be careful out there don't be stupid or wreckless. me and our babies will be here awaiting for you to come back home" I tell him before I kiss him again then I pulled back and grabbed his kutte and helped him slip it on before we walked out the door and he left with the others.
I sighed watching him leave. Its a bit nerve racking and scary watching him go and not knowing how he'll come back or if he will.
I've learned to some times distract myself so I'd not go stir crazy with worry. but some of the time that little voice makes it appearance and puts doubt and fear in my head which fucks up my trying to stay calm demeanor.
After they rolled out I went to check on the kids before I headed to see if there was anything I could help with or something that would distract me for a while.
since I had nothing to do I decided to go take a nap before I'd get cleaned up.
when I woke Jax was laying there looking at me and smiling.
"one piece?" I asked
"yep. no bullets or anything" he says
"just you or all ?" I asked
"some including myself" he says
"how is pops?" I asked
"not hurt or anything" he says
I leaned forward and kissed him.
"love you" I say
"love you too" he says before he pulled me to him and we was about to start stripping but someone knocked on the door ruining it.
"sorry to ruin this moment man but JT called church" Opie says
I sighed before Jax and I got up and he walked out while I went to check on the babies again picked them up and nurtured them awaiting Jax to come back.
