I glared at the fat ass man infront of me, telling me about his business which I don't know why he started at the first place, I glared over his shoulder to see more guests coming inside

Shanti sa mehandi function enjoy karna nai date, my wife is waiting inside, either he will stop talking or I won't hesitate to walk out

When he didn't stop I excused myself only to get stopped by another set of guests

"Ani is calling you, she is waiting there in the hall" she said I froze, she would have applied mehandi and in 2 days she would be leaving

It's hard to send her off

"I will talk to her tomorrow, You only saw how many guests there are, in Sangeet we can talk peacefully" I said and she glared at me

"How much will you run away from her, by not seeing her face doesn't make you more strong, I am saying you, you will regret, if you didn't talk to her now then you will regret your whole life for not being there at the last moment also" she scolded and I blinked at her, she was right if not today then never

"Okay I will come you go" I said patting her shoulder and she huffed going inside, I went to the lawn and talked to the event manager about the preparation for tomorrow evening, that took more than I thought it would take

When I went inside the whole hall was empty, everyone went to their room I guess, I went to Ani room and knocked but she didn't open, it was night time and I guess she slept

I went to my room, Ishika was removing her mehandi, I sat beside her and took her one hand helping her

"When I came inside you all were gone" I said and she nodded "maa said to sleep early so we can get up early" she said and I nodded.

"Talk to her tomorrow, don't make her cry" She said I looked at her, why is she all of a sudden being so much concerned about me talking to my sister, I know she is hey best friend but still

"Why are you so much concerned" I asked and she pulled her hands back looking at me

"Because I did! I saw my brother barely at my function, he was there but we didn't talk much, he was the only one from my side so I understood he had to take care of everything, your situation is not like that ishaan ji!
