⤻ i unfortunately, don't have discord so, there won't be a discord server. but i am planning on making a chap for roleplay stuff if you'd want to make interactions between ocs outside of chapters.
ﾟ ⋅ ꒰ each champion will be put in solitary confinement seventy-two hours before the task commences. contact with outside people during this period will lead to elimination from the tournament. .ᐟ
⤻ the characters are a mix of hogwarts, beauxbatons and durmstrang student and staff. i have changed up the usual educational system for the comfort of making characters. if i follow the usual system, the oldest student would be 17 years so.... yea
⤻ the youngest character can be born in 2009, and there isn't a limit to the oldest character as there is staff as well. but in the prospect of students, the oldest should be born in 2002.
⤻ this story will contain lgbtq+ relationships and themes. they will be considerably higher than the amount of heterosexual relationships as well. so i genuinely hope you're not against lgbtq+ themes because if you are, i am sorry to say but this af will not be your cup of tea.
ﾟ ⋅ ꒰ cheating of any form is prohibited. the tournament is a game of honour and courage, a coward who cheats has no place amongst .ᐟ
⤻ the gap between face claims is 4 years at most. but you cannot use a minor's face claim for someone who is of legal age, so let's not do that.
⤻ the face claim can be any ethnicity and nationality, its up to you. i appreciate diversity and encourage a diverse cast. the face claims are real life. so don't choose anyone problematic or a person that has passed away. also, make sure that they have enough pictures for me to use.
ﾟ ⋅ ꒰ the tournament will be hosted by beauxbatons academy of magic. all visiting students and staff are expected to respect and honour the customs and traditions of the school .ᐟ
⤻ i don't have a specific preference for forms so you can do whichever you're more comfortable with. but i like a lot of details. if you write a whole novel for the backstory and explain each and every single thing, your character has a high chance of being accepted.
⤻ you can apply for both staff and student positions. the champions will be chosen through a vote after the final cast is formed, so don't go on saying "the durmstrang champion is here" and stuff when you submit the form.
⤻ i will not be doing first come first serve. i will go through all the forms and accept them only on the deadline, which will be stated in the form chapter. but if your character is almost-perfect, i will send in an early acceptance letter. the restrictions for ocs will be in the form chapter.
⤻ if you apply for the main cast and don't get accepted, you guys still can make them a side character if you'd like. i know how it feels when you work hard on a form and don't get accepted so, if you're okay with it, you can go for this option too. though i have to warn you, there's a high chance that they'll be killed off rather soon.
