i. the changed educational system possess three stages, such as basic education, secondary education and higher education.
ii. basic education begins when the student is ten years of age and follows the course of five years, until they are fourteen years old.
iii. they are then promoted to the secondary education level, which follows the former education system established, albeit with advanced knowledge and further exploration in the fields. this is mandatory for students from fifteen years to eighteen years.
iv. afterwards, students are given the option to pursue higher education at the same school, following the field they wish to pursue as a career.
