My Aunt Summer lives in Livad Georgia. I landed there with opening arms from her and her boyfriend Tony, who is a local store owner near by.
After getting here my Aunt immediately showed me my room Witch was very plain. The room was white with only one drawer and a queen sized bed.
"I'll let you ajust to your room,honey. Come down stairs when your down. Dinner will be ready in a hour." My aunt smiled and turned to leave out of the room.
Looking around my room I huffed then started to unpack my clothing and books out from my suitcase. Afterwards I happily connected to the WiFi in thier house and watch YouTube videos until dinner time.
Coming down the stairs I could already smell the sent if beef stew from the kitchen.
"Glad you could join us" my aunt said cheerfully as she set the table. I grumbled a short welcome and helped her set the table.
After setting the table we all sat down to eat. While eating Tony kept asking my loads of questions about my life, boyfriends,school. This made me quite uncomfortable and I struggled to keep up with his questions.
My aunt seemed to sense this and distracted him with conversation about his work.
Soon afterwards everyone became silent and tension filled the room.
The next day I woke up and went for my daily run. Tony told me his route for the weekend witch was fast and easy not to get lost in.
Afterwards I found myself on the ground bear and a aching feeling in my chest. The sound of heartbreaking sobs filled the room.
Stop.
Stop thinking Alaska. It's over. Nothing left to think about.
I slowly walked back to the red brick house with tear that where treating to drop but I was never one to cry in front of others so I held them in.
"Who is she, Dom" I said screaming
"I don't know what your talking about" he said as if I was crazy.
Our love was toxic....but beautiful
