"hey" a voice said behind Ariana whilst her and jasmine were sitting at their table in the three broomsticks.

Ariana turned around. "Harry!" She said, wrapping her hands around him.

"This is the first time I've seen you in hogsmeade" he says sounding surprised.

"I haven't been here before but jasmine decided it would be a fun day out so here I am"

"Well do you, and jasmine of course, want to sit with me and the others? We haven't really had the chance to talk much" Harry says, his eyes looking as if he was begging her to sit with him.

Ariana looked over at her best friend. Jasmine had never spoken to any of those 3 and she didn't want to make her friend uncomfortable. "You want to?" She asked.

"Sure why not" jasmine answers quickly. "We'll come" she turned to Harry.

"Great"

The day went by quite quickly. They had a fun time together, talking and laughing. A good 2 hours has definitely gone by. Jasmine seemed to be getting along with the trio really well which relieved Ariana. She knew her best friend quite well by now and if there's one thing she learnt about her is that, Jasmine greywood does not get along with lots of people especially the ones from different houses.

It wasn't a good thing that she didn't get along with many people but Ariana knew that her best friend only doesn't like the people who think badly of slytherin. Yes the house has had some pretty dark, evil witches and wizards but they have also had some very powerful and bright ones.

It was getting quite late by the time Jasmine and Ariana got back into their dorm. 2 girls were sitting on their beds, Daphne Greengrass and Pansy Parkinson. Ariana didn't really like Pansy, she thought she was alright but all Pansy ever talked about was Malfoy. She had a massive obsession and it was just annoying.

"You're back late" Daphne said with a kind smile spread across her face. "Have fun at hogsmeade? Did you like it Ari?"

"Oh yes it was amazing" she could imagine the beautiful view the long path had. It was really like a dream.

"That's good"

After some time, they all stayed in their beds and talked amongst eachother. Pansy, not long ago, started rambling on about how great and handsome draco malfoy was. Just hearing her talk about it made Ariana's stomach go weird.

"I'm gonna go to the common room for a bit" Ari said, standing up, heading towards the door. She couldn't bare another minute listening to Parkinson yap about Malfoy. She had to get out.

The corridor leading towards the common room always fascinated Ariana, it wasn't really a long corridor but it was always so mysterious especially in the dark. She was glad to be sorted into slytherin. It made her different, much different from her brother. At last people didn't think they were the same.

She got to the end. Standing by the roaring fireplace, already lit, warming her up. She was heading towards the closest black leather couch until a voice spoke behind her. "Why isn't that potter on her midnight walk to the common room"

It was Malfoy.

"What do you want" Ariana sighed, rolling her eyes as she turned to look at him.

"You know what I want" he answered whilst walking towards her, his voice deep, a cocky smile spread across his face, oh how that smile annoyed her. He was tall. Much taller than Ariana, he towered over her, just looking down and into her eyes.

"do i?" She asked, slightly confused as to how she would know and why he's acting all strange, and why Ariana isn't hating this moment.

They held eye contact for a while. Draco got closer to her. She slightly moved backwards until she couldn't anymore. The bloody wall, why does it have to be there. He pushed her against the wall and put his arm on it, right next to her face. He towered over her, looking from her eyes to her lips.

He took his thumb and rubbed it on her bottom lip.
Why didn't she hate this? Why does she not want him to stop? She hated the man, so why is she liking this so much?

He got closer to her. Ariana could feel his cold breath against her skin. She could smell the scent of green apples and mint and a hint of forest leaves.

He leaned in and pressed his lips against hers. She was startled for a second but carried it on. His hand was sliding from her face to her neck and his other arm was still on the wall beside her. She wanted to pull away but she couldn't. As much as she didn't want to admit, she liked it. She liked the way his lips felt on hers. Maybe jasmine was right, they don't completely hate eachother? Was this some kind of joke? Or dream?
