Giving instructions to Dino , Lucian got in, something shook in his chest as he watched her scoot away from him, practically plastering herself to the window, he thrived on fear but somehow he hated that she was afraid of him .he gave her side glances finally catching her looking at him ,she had this thoughtful look on her face like she was contemplating asking something and then turned away, he sighed and then said

''just spit it out ''

she gave him another furtive glance before speaking ,choosing her words carefully

''what are you going to do to me ''

the words came as a shock to him as he hadn't considered that ,but he couldn't think about letting her go because he knew Fernando was definitely going to come back for her and he knew just how bad it was going to be if he got his hands on her

He replied her keeping his voice cold as steel

''I don't know yet cara ,you help me decide ''

Her face immediately grew hopeful as she replied

'' You let me go??''

a dark chuckle escaped his lips ,sounding as lifeless as his eyes were looking

'' what gave it away love ?''

The sarcasm dripping from his words were poisonous venom being injected into her heart as she felt hope burning out quickly ,she really wasn't getting out of this alive was she??. The reality of her situation only seemed to sink then ,vines of panic weaved tightly around her as she felt her body start to hyperventilate.

just then, the car pulled into the driveway of an enormous mansion, the entire property screamed wealthy , but Lotanna wasn't looking at the massive display of riches around her , the unfamiliar environment only seemed to worsen her anxiety ,her voice coming out in short breaths

''you c--ant k-eep me here ,please ''

The pure terror in her voice made him turn to look at her finally noticing something was wrong ,the cold look in his eyes melted away as if it wasn't there at all in the first place and fear replaced it

''I need you to breathe for me love ,come on ''

Lotanna was already losing consciousness

''Evie ''

was the last thing she said and then she blacked out .

''Shit!!!, wake up cara please ''

Lucian was frantic at this point ,just then he heard his brother's voice ,and he barked out orders immediately

'' get the doctor Alex '' Alessandro took one look at the unconscious woman in the car and turned to face his brother ,eyes blazing with fury

''what the fuck did you do to her Luc''

'' fucking get the doctor!!!'' Lucian was beyond pissed right now and normally Alex knew not to push him to this point but he gave zero fucks right now

''I'll get him'' responded Dino ,ever the peace maker ,who none of them had noticed standing there during their glaring contest

'' Lucian ,get her in bed'' ''NOW'' he snapped when he notice none of them had moved .The words seemed to bring Lucian out of his daze and he moved swiftly ,lifting her up princess style and hurried through the huge mansion ,ignoring the gaze of his men who were stunned silent.
He tucked her into his large King sized bed, regret marring his features as she looked frail and tiny compared to the large bed. He had not noticed how small she was because you wouldn't notice anything when she stared you down with those glittery brown eyes of hers that were brimming with life.
Josè, the mafia's personal doctor walked in. He was a close friend and his family had worked as doctors for the mafia for generations, they had grown up together.
"What seems to be the problem king?? "
"She had a panic attack and fainted "
He sighed and said
"I'm guessing your meeting was quite eventful"
"The bastardo harassed her and--"
"And??? "
"I might have made it worse "
"Ahhh"
The doctor replied, understanding written allover his face
"But why are you really panicking though"
He asked as he checked over the beautiful woman blissfully unaware of her surroundings
"I do not like her afraid of me Josè "
"Why?, you have never cared before "
"I do not know why, she intrigues me"
Josè doubted that was all there was but he simply hummed and turned away.
"She'll be fine after a bit of rest, maybe find a family member, familiar faces would help a lot"
Lucian nodded thoughtfully,
"I will, thanks "
Alex came into the room just then
"How is she josè?? "
"She'll live" He said giving him a slight smile
He turned to Lucian and said
"A lot of liquids and try not to stress her too much "
  He gave a pointed look to both of them and then left.
"Alex, find everything you can about her , i need one family member here by the time she wakes up, and get Camilla to go shopping for things she might need"
Alex gave a short glare before turning away
