I literally cried while writing this chapter! Anyway, enjoy <3
Dandelions
The yellow flowers on the dandelions
Are as bright as your eyes
Even if I was in a den of lions
I'll only see your face that light up the skies
My darling soulmate
I always long for the day
That through fate
In your arms I'll be able to stay.
Till I find you soulmate,
Till I find you!This beautiful poem was inscribed in the book Katherina had picked up in the playground. The owner of this book was a poet! She was going to give it her all to find this poet. On the cover of this book was written ; Poet . How could she find this "poet". There was no address or information whatsoever that could be used to locate this person. This book made her see life in a whole new light. She hadn't changed but she felt like whoever this poet was, this person was talking to her. She was a depressed dark poet but this poet was a bright romantic one; such great distinction ! However, Katherina was impressed by these poems; they were beautiful.

Days passed into weeks and Katherina read a poem each day from this book. These poems were trying to tell her something. One of the poems in this book was titled flowers ;
Flowers
If flowers hadn't been created
You'll have been the first
You're the only one of your kind
Your presence makes trees blossom
There is a real conflict in my head
Who is the original flower ?
You or this sunflower in my hand?
Dear soulmate, can't wait to finally meet you
And see your bright eyes
And your warm smileAlright, if a normal girl had read this, she probably would have screamed hard in her pillow, kicked her legs in the air or just act overly dramatic. On the contrary, when Katherina read this, she broke down in tears. How had she not seen light in this bright world? How and why was darkness her best friend? There are girls that actually enjoy basking in the sunlight! Darkness brought Katherina warmth! Could she really live a normal life? Could she really enjoy daylight? She was crying in such a way that one would think that she lost a relative! She picked up her pen and note and started writing ;
My shadow is the brightest image in my head
It gets darker and darker everyday
Why do bright yellow flowers not bring warmth to my soul like others?
Why is the dark my best friend?
Do I have the ability to fell the warmth that the sunshine brings?
Or am I just going to stay in the dark forever?This was more than just a poem to Katherina. She needed answers. But she had no one to answer these questions. It made her feel more lonely and empty in this dark forest
This chapter is quite short but I really hope you enjoy it :)
