Focus on YOU.

When you feel like it's too much. When
you're overwhelmed and drained physically or mentally. Just focus on yourself. You aren't obligated to please anyone but you. You don't need to always be there for everyone else, you need to be there for you. If you want to cry, then cry. If you want to be alone, don't let anyone make you feel like you can't. I know it's hard but try. Focus on your work, your grades, your hobbies. Do something for you, not because you have to but because you want to. You can ask your friends or family for help if you need. You will get through this. Focus on you.

Let yourself rest from the things that bothers you.
