After the elevator door opened, I entered my room and locked the door. I placed my luggage on the bed and started unpacking trying to decide which dress to wear
"Should I call Shanaya?" I thought
"No no Ikshita, you can't call her, otherwise she will find out" I thought again
Ugghhh, what should I wear? I am fucking confused
Then I took one dress and went in front of the mirror to see.
"No, no, this won't look good" I said and went to get another dress and stood in front of the mirror.
"This also won't look good" I said and went to get another dress. After trying a few more dresses like this and not liking any of them, I sighed and sat on the bed. That's when my eyes fell on a beige coloured saare. I took that beige-colored saree and went in front of the mirror to see
Hmm, yes, this one looks good, but I didn't put it in the luggage. I think mom must have kept it
Then I remembered, I don't know how to wear it. It's not that I don't have traditional clothes, I do, but I have never learned how to wear them so I don't know
No worries, I will just take help from YouTube. When there's YouTube, there's no need to worry at all. Then I placed that dress on the bed and went to the washroom
After wearing a blouse and petticoat, I came out of the washroom and picked up my phone from the bed, opened YouTube, and searched for "How to wear a saree".
Then I played a video and followed along with what they were saying and doing
Finally, after putting in so much effort, I learned how to wear the saree and wore it
I went in front of the mirror and I applied nude color lipstick and a small bindi on my forehead and leaving my hair open

"Okay, so since I am wearing a saree for the first time, why not show it to my family" I thought and picked up my phone from the bed to video call my mom. After a while, mom picked up
"Have you reached?" mom asked
"Yes, I have reached" I said
"By the way, everyone how do I look?" I asked everyone because it was my first time wearing a saree and I know I look good, but I like to hear compliments
"Ek saare mein lipti hui bandaar" chirag took the phone from her hand and said
