As they drove down the highway, a shrill whistling noise pierced through the air, competing with the loud mid-drop pop songs blasting through the car radio. Bakugo, visibly irritated by the noise."Ugh, would you guys put the music down!" Bakugo yelled at his father, Masaru, to turn the music down. Masaru, who was steering the car with one hand, immediately scrambled to turn off the radio. Meanwhile, Bakugo's mother, Mitsuki, continued singing along to the music, even after it had been turned off. Bakugo groaned in frustration and snapped at his mother, "SHUT IT YOU OLD HAG!" He yelled gritting his teeth side to side. Mitsuki, not one to back down easily, "What you say? Dumbass?" She retorted with the same level of irritation as she looked back at him. Masaru, sensing that the argument might escalate further, intervened, suggesting "Um, guys let's calm down we wouldn't want to send our Katsuki off to America with bad terms would we honey?".Both Mitsuki and Bakugo paused and dismissed Masaru's suggestion with a dismissive 'tsk' before looking out of the window with smug expressions on their faces.

Masaru announced with a tone of excitement, "We're here!" as he parked his car outside the large airport of Japan. Bakugo couldn't believe that he was finally leaving his hometown for good. As he got out of the car, he couldn't help but feel a pang of nostalgia as memories of himself and his friends flashed before his eyes. He took a deep breath and sighed, trying to calm his nerves. Bakugo glanced at his luggage, which he had carefully packed the night before, and felt a sense of relief knowing that he had everything he needed for his journey. As he walked towards the airport, Bakugo couldn't help but notice that he had left his parents behind. Nonetheless, he was determined to start a new chapter in his life and explore the world beyond his hometown.
( 2 HOURS LATER )
"Katsuki! You get going!" His mother's cheerful voice shouted at him as she ran to walk beside him, patting his spiky blonde hair in the process. "Pft, I was here long before you..." He mumbled as made his way to boarding. His father chuckled. "Well, we had to make sure we said goodbye properly, didn't we?" Katsuki rolled his eyes. As they reached the gate, Katsuki handed his ticket over to the attendant and turned to wave goodbye to his parents. "See you in a few months," he called out, trying to keep his voice steady. His mother blew him a kiss. "Take care of yourself, Katsuki!" Glancing at his parents for one last time as they waved goodbye a small smile formed Bakugo's lips as he boarded the plane 9-hour long plane ride.

As Bakugo made his way to the bus station, he couldn't help but feel a sense of relief wash over him. "I finally made it," he thought to himself, letting out a tired yawn once again. He handed over his tickets to the bus conductor and made his way to a seat, noticing that the bus wasn't as crowded as he had initially thought. He took a seat near the aisle and closed his eyes, ready to relax during the ride.
As I sat there, I felt a presence lingering next to me. Without opening his eyes, I assumed it was just another passenger finding their seat. But suddenly, a familiar voice called out to me, using a name that hadn't been used in quite some time. "K-Kacchan," the voice said, and My eyes shot open as he turned to face the direction it came from.
To my surprise, it was Deku he saw sitting next to him. The dark green of his hair was beautifully illuminated by the sunrise that shone through the bus window. His cheeks were flushed and freckled, and he wore a cozy, warm leather jacket that hugged his neck nicely."D-Deku?!" I managed to utter Deku's name in shock, his unexpected look soon fading as he realized what was happening.
"You piece of shit! What are you-" I was soon cut off by Deku's warm hand which covered my mouth almost instantly. I was so angry that I didn't even realize that we were in the middle of the bus. "Kacchan! I-It's the morning, you might drag too much attention!" Midoriya whispered with a concerned look on his face. I bit his hand in annoyance, trying to free myself from his grip. He let out a yelp as he rubbed his hand, comforting it as he gave me a wavering smile.
"Who do you think you are DEKU?!" I whispered with a shout towards him, grabbing him by the collar. I could feel my blood boiling with anger, and I wanted to give him a piece of my mind. He then waved his hands in front of me in surrender and let out a nervous laugh as I let go of him. I sighed as I returned to my original form and took a deep breath to calm myself down.

The rest of the bus ride was in silence, but a silence that needed to be broken between me and Kacchan. I was still bewildered that I happened to meet Kacchan in America, but a part of me was glad to see his face again. After a few moments of silence, a soft smile crept up my lips.
"Oi, what you smiling for?" Bakugo asked, breaking the silence. I turned towards him, looking at him intently. It was good to see him again, but I didn't want to let him know that just yet.
"Oh, nothing..." I respond, scratching the back of my head as I shift my gaze to the window, admiring the view of busy streets filled with cars and people. I didn't want to reveal my excitement to Kacchan just yet, but I couldn't help but feel a sense of comfort around him.
We sat there in silence for a while longer, each lost in our own thoughts. I couldn't help but wonder what Kacchan had been up to since we last saw each other.
"Um, So whatca up to?" I ask turning to divert my eyes away from his. Bakugo looked uo from his phone to me, with expressionless face. "Nothing much going to college in the U.S. now, then I met you..." He trailed off sounding disappointed at the part of meeting me. "You?" He shifts his eyes to me in anticipation. "Oh, same but this is my first year," I say scratching the back of my head in nervousness. "No shit dumbass, I'm in my first year too!" Kacchan reminded me, a smugged look directed towards me.
"S-Sorry, I guess I forgot..." I say with a nervous tone as he gives a 'tsk' and shifts his gaze to his phone.
In high school, Kacchan had a muscular physique that he still maintains, even beneath his stylish blackberry jacket. In contrast, puberty treated me quite differently, as I no longer resemble the scrawny boy I once was. It seems that I have put on some muscle over the years compared to Kacchan.

As soon as the bus came to a halt, we both scrambled to get off in a hurry as we both realized we were late. "Shit..." I mumbled under my breath. On the other hand, as I glanced up to Midoriya I saw a warm smile covering the worried or...nervous expression on his face."Kacchan," Midoriya said, "I think we have the same classes. Would you be interested in walking together?" He asked, his cheeks flushed a shade of red while he scratched the back of his head.
