It has been 2 days later and Kayla had been trying to avoid everyone as best as she can. Kayla woke up that morning and went downstairs there was nobody there and so she made some breakfast for herself. As she was making breakfast her daughter came downstairs.
"Hi mommy!" Eleanor said as she ran up to her mother hugging her leg again.
"Mommy I haven't seen you in forever"
Cade tried to keep Eleanor away from Kayla so she doesn't feel unwanted from her. Cade then came downstairs to make some breakfast for himself.
"Get off my leg kid I'm not your mom!" Kayla said as she shook the leg Eleanor was on. Her daughter then started to cry.
Cade hurried down and picked Eleanor up.
"Hey momma's it okay stop crying mommy just kidding around okay."
Eleanor kept crying.
"Hey hey if you stop crying I will buy any toys you want"
"Pinky promise" Eleanor said as she held out her pinky.
"Pinky promise"
Cade then put her daughter down.
"Hey now go up to your playroom and I'll make you some pancakes okay"
"Okay daddy" Eleanor said as she wiped the tears off. She then ran upstairs and went into the playroom.
Cade then turned to Kayla irritated.
"What?"
"What! What! Are you serious Kayla she's a kid you don't talk to a kid like that!"
"Not even when the kid thinks your there mom"
"You are her mother!"
"No I'm not where is the proof!"
"Are you F****ing serious right now!"
"Look I don't have time for you"
Cade grabbed Kayla then dragged her to the nurse room where Sophie was. he then grabbed some cotton swab and opened Kayla mouth and swabbed her. He then swabbed his mouth and gave it to Sophie.
"Swab Eleanor and tell us the results"
Cade then dragged Kayla out the nurse room.
"Now we will see who telling the truth"
Cade turned around and left. Kayla then went to her room and just went to bed.
