"Are we here yet? I'm exhausted from all this walking!" Scarlett complained. "It's not too far ahead, you can slightly see the palace walls through the fog." Yasbenern mentioned. "Well not all of us were born with crystal clear eyes!" Harley states with a frown.
"Are you sure that's the Xanadu Kingdom? I mean, I've heard about it multiple times and this doesn't seem right.." Tristen said, in a concerned voice. "Well," Harley says, "It is a palace of some type, and there aren't many in Xanadu anyway, so this should be it." "I guess you're right." Tristen comments.
"Hey!" A strange voice coming from the castle doors says. "Who are you and what are you doing on palace grounds?" The voice says again. "Ah, hello!" Tristen says. "I'm Tristen and we are here to meet the queen and get this girl Scarlett back home." Tristen tells the voice.
"Fine, come with me." The voice replied while opening the palace doors. "Woah..." Scarlett mumbles. "Up these stairs," The voice says, "Is the queen." "Well, what is the queen going to do?" Scarlett asks. "That is only for the queen to know." The voice replied. "Let's hope nothing bad happens." Osborith says.
The five of them enter the Xanadu Kingdom, surprised at how clean and beautiful it actually is. "Hello, my royal highness." The voice told the queen with a bow. "Hello Guard Israel." The queen said, "Who do you have with you?" "Oh I have brought a girl who wants to see you." Guard Israel states. "What about us?" Osborith jokingly remarked. "Bring the girl up." The queen announced.
"Hello-" Scarlett attempted saying, "Hush now, no small talk," The queen rudely interrupted, "Darling please tell me, what is your favourite sport?" The queen asked Scarlett. "Well, possibly football." Scarlett replied. "Mm, great!" The queen said sarcastically. Scarlett had no idea what she was in for.
"Now, I'm going to be generous," The queen announced, "Since you want to go home, I will have Guard Israel give you three challenges, One, being the easiest, and three being the hardest."
"What will the challenges be?" Scarlett said, feeling a bit uneasy. "I will tell you the first one since you will do it now." The queen told Scarlett, "The first challenge will have you playing football with experienced players, such as yourself." "That's not fair!" Scarlett yelled. "It is fair if I say it is!" The queen shouted back, "Since you're so demanding, the next two won't be as easy!" "You shouldn't be able to do this!" Scarlett replied.
"No one said this was going to be easy." Yasbenern stated. "I blame Harley." Osborith said, "How dare thee!" Harley commented.
"Not trying to jinx anything, but goodluck Scarlett, you'll need it." Tristen said. "Well that makes me feel WAY better about my situation!" Scarlett replied sarcastically. "At least I tried." Tristan noted. "Sass much?" Harley whispered to Tristen while Yasbenern laughed.
