Vanessa was making out with her girlfriend Max in her car parked near an abandoned Fazbear's location.
People usually called it the cliffside Fazbear's since it was placed right on top of a cliff, there was fencing all around the place but most of them probably fell off the cliff, the place was full of safety hazards. There were a lot of urban legends about it, too. Some 9 year old would spread rumors about how if you knocked on the back doors 5 times while holding a limited edition Freddy plushie, William Afton will appear and turn you into an animatronic, and people would believe those rumors, it was quite silly.
Vanessa picked the place because the location had a beautiful view of the town, especially at night time. The street lights looked like stars shining from below. There was a spot right under the cliff forming a fancy "U" shape. Something about the place felt so romantic to both Nessy and Max.
They talked about the strange urban legends they heard when they were kids. Vanessa once heard how a kid once entered the building because his parents were killed and was chased there, the moment the killer stepped into the pizzeria the killer's body collapsed and contorted, his organs were crushed.
"Wow that's dark Cot, the ones I heard about mostly sounded more like video game hoaxes rather than a creepypasta story some 3rd grader that thought he was cool and edgy wrote" said Max in an almost mocking and unserious tone.
They stared each other and held hands until they heard loud screams from inside the Pizzeria. Both of them went silent. You could almost hear Vanessa's heartbeat
Max broke the silence and whispered "It's probably some teenager messing around. Everyone knows that this is like heaven for teens that like scaring the shit out of people"
She sighed. She knew where Max was coming from, but the screams felt so genuine, something inside Vanessa was telling her that she needed to be there.
"Saf someone might be hurt or even worse"
Right when Max was about to say something back, Vanessa hopped from the car and started walking to the Pizzeria
"Cot you're gonna get jumpscared by some kid wearing a cheap Foxy mask like an idiot"
"I DIDNT MEAN THE IDIOT PART BY THE WAY"
She didn't respond and kept walking, as she approached she heard a very familiar voice mumbling something, it was coming from deep inside the building. She starts to realize that the place is more like a maze. There were dead ends every corner.
The thought of the voice sounding like her dead mother crossed her. Vanessa tears up immediately when she enters one of the rooms. I must be getting closer to the source of my voice. It wasn't screaming anymore. It was now singing a lullaby. She was almost in a trance. It was so hypnotizing. You can't just look away. It's me.
"Vanessa, it's me,"
Vanessa snapped out of it for a bit. She had goosebumps all around her body, and her breath got heavier. Her body paused, but the voice was calling to her, beckoning her closer to the next room.
"Mommy misses you, come home." The voice was so soothing, so inviting...
And to hear her mother's voice again was so tempting. Ness took multiple steps, getting closer to the voice. She was scared of what would happen, but she couldn't quite stop. It was calling her, "Don't disappoint her."
Something jumped at her from the ceiling. It wouldn't let go.
Suddenly, she was already back in Maxine's car. She looked at the reflection of herself in the car mirror. It felt so wrong. The reflection didn't look like her. It was someone else...Maybe even something else.
Vanessa couldn't keep staring at the mirror since something about it made her feel sick. After a while, she finally realized Max was staring at her, confused. She was obviously very concerned for Ness.
